What can I say it's Jack in the Box prices have gone up in the quantity and quality has gone down and they will come up with something really good and as soon as it gets popular they take it off the menu so I don't know it's very frustrating because for the price of one combo meal you can go to a restaurant and get an actual dinner served to you but I guess we're going to pay for the convenience of being able to just drive through and have something shoved through a window in our face I just wish that the french fries would be hot.

i went to the drive through with my mom and when she handed me my bag, my food was placed upside down which caused all the food i ordered to be outside the packaging in the bag, mixing together. never experienced this at any fast food place in my life, very rude and unnecessary. i couldn’t even grab my food out without causing a mess because of all the food that was spilled in the bag before i received it. placing food upside is not something that can accidentally happen when we were the only ones in the drive through. it’s clear what happened was intentional and petty. i pray you guys treat all your customers better in the future.
