Tried to order the $16.99 deal and add a soda and the app automatically made the wings and soda a make it a meal deal voiding the chance to get the $16.99 deal and the useless employees were unwilling to help or ring it up since the app would mess it up. Why should fast food workers get $20 per hour if they don't want to help the customer and do their job.They are useless

I ordered my pizza at 5pm for a 6pm pick up. When I got there at 6:03pm they hadn't even started it yet. I get it that it's a Friday night but that's why I ordered early! No apologies. What's the point of ordering early if I still have to wait for them to make it when I get there. Pizza was good though. Much better than it was 2 yrs ago when I last ordered!

I have never had any issues with this location. I usually order in the app, and it's done quickly. It tells me the time it should be done, and I when i get there, i just put in my code, grab the food, and goParking: The parking is a hit or miss, there are not much spots to park so I would suggest taking someone to run in and grab the food (in and out)

This is a take-out only store. Pizza is better than the Straw Hat down the street. The Crazy Bread and the Garlic Bread are amazing, and the stuffed crust Hawaiian is delicious. Yes, pineapple DOES belong on pizza!!

They didn't have the pizzas ready that I wanted, but I didn't mind waiting for them to make fresh ones. I asked for light sauce and extra cheese on my pizza and two sausage for my fiance, and they were the best we had ever tasted! The cashier was very pleasant to me as well!Parking: Parking can sometimes be a problem as there are other businesses there.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wide enough to accommodate.
Good customer service. Phone was answered. Pizza was made on time, got it hot and well made. Went in pretty late almost closing time so I was a bit worried not knowing the area and to my surprise it was pretty chill.

I went to the store to pick up a Doordash order and I ordered a lunch special for myself. While I waited the manager who was on the phone with an employee calling out of their shift. She was loud and clearly upset because this employee was calling out on a Friday again.I proceeded to punch in my pick up number in the portal and as I was pulling out the pizza the manager grabbed it and pulled it out of my hands from the back. She then angrily and loudly accused me of stealing. I told her I am a doordasher (I was holding my doordash pizza bag) and I told her I was waiting for my lunch special I paid for. She told me I was stealing and pretending to be a dasher.I explained to her she had no right to speak to me like that because she was upset with her employee. She was still holding the phone to her ear while accusing me repeatedly.Then I had to show her my doordash app so she would give me the pizza order I was there to pick up. Then I was able to grab my lunch special and leave.I’m not sure if I’ve ever been so publicly humiliated. It’s a shame people steal from this store but as a paying customer and a contracted delivery worker this treatment is appalling and unacceptable. Especially from a manager who lacks awareness and self control.I find this situation to be such a disgrace. I hope this company can find a way to train their managers to serve the customers who pay their salaries.

I eat there all the time love their breadsticks and and love cuz they make it convenient for people to have the $5 people excellent excellent that never had no the wings are always on hit and their breadsticks and pizzas are always on it
