SOYA SUSHI not the best around. Sushi rolls are made thin and small with a high price. I tried this place twice, but, not gonna try a 3rd. ? food arrives looking good, but, no real authentic taste. Service is nice enough and no more than that. Atmosphere is small place feels a little tight, but ok if you go when there's not too many people.

I've been coming to this place very often ever since I've moved out here. The staff is so friendly and seems to be family owned. They are very attentive and know how to put a smile on your face. The sushi here is great! My personal favorite here is the 007 roll and Philly crunch. The tempura green tea ice cream is delicious and can be shared with two people. Don't get me started with the tempura scallops. Definitely recommend that appetizer. Also the prices are probably the cheapest in Apple Valley when it comes to sushi.

Excellent and friendly staff, excellent food, very decent price. Food came quickly and I enjoyed feeling comfortable with the staff. I wish I could try more rolls, I had three and I am stuffed! Route 66 roll, calimari tempura roll, and dragon roll I believe are the ones I had. Fresh ingredients also. Just all over I really like this place.

Must visit for sushi lovers in the High Desert.I had just left a lengthy negative review for another sushi shop in the high desert, and I suppose sometimes it takes a negative experience to really make you appreciate a great one. The shop is well set up with an aesthetic appropriate for a Japanese sushi restaurant, even for it's small size. Miso soup is not a menu item, and when I asked for it, it was provided to me for free, AMAZING! Thank you! I had a California roll and the udon noodles, which arrived steaming hot in a metal bowl resembling a mini-cauldron. The food was served with mixed tempura, delicious! Fountain drinks were exactly as you'd expect from a well run establishment. Prices were reasonable, and the shop looked classy. The food was great, as was the service. Will be on my short list of sushi places to visit from now on.
