Initially when this place first opened, it was half decent. The customer service was good. However, through time, now they have shown their true colors. I have been there a couple of times, to where they close the door way before their advertised hours. I actually once knocked on the door, and the girl literally ignored me, and finally shrugged her shoulders, as if to shoo me away...27 minutes BEFORE their advertised closing time!! It seems as if they have hired very inexperienced young people, which are not attentive to the customers needs. I'm not against anybody who's inexperienced, but when the effort is not shown, that is when I become bothered. Today was the final straw! I placed an order for four poke bowls, and the young gentleman who was assisting me with the order, got the order completely wrong! It was such a frustrating experience, that I allowed it to be what it was. Please keep in mind that this was approximately a $50.00 food order. Once I got home, I was more so much more disappointed in the fact that the poke was not fresh at all. The spring mix was very stale and sauces were not up to par. The only reason why I decided to go back there, was because that was the nearest poke joint from my house. I will never go back there again, due to poor customer service, and poor quality in freshness of food. I never leave this type of negative review, however based on these two experiences, I'm done. I would prefer to invest in filling up my gas tank and drive across town. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

This place is great. Staff is super friendly, they will explain if you do not know what something is. The portions are right for the price, and food is amazing. The only bummer is they are closed on Sundays.

This is the only place that has poke near me but unfortunately it's not a place to return to. The customer service is rude and they lock their door far earlier then the closing time. Expect the door to be locked 30 min before closing time so don't bother wasting gas. Even calling the place you get a rude response. Better to take your time and money elsewhere.

******* HIDEN GEM ALERT*******. Found by accident and soooooo glad we did! The food is AMAZING! Fresh in all aspects. We were served by Angel! He is as helpful fast explaining everything so we got exactly what we wanted! We will DEFINITELY add this to one of our favorites it also just happens to be inexpensive! Big fan!

the owner of the store is super kind & the ramen was delicious ^_^ it sucks that this is the only place to get poke around here. it seems to be busy a lot of the time, but it's worth the trip if you're in apple valley
Absolutely horrible customer service. Sure, the food is good but as long as you have fresh toppings-- ^How could anyone go wrong? All you have to do is mix the toppings together.Don't even bother trying to come to this place ANYWHERE near their closing hour. For covid they close at 6 but apparently their last call is at 540. But don't worry because they'll lock the doors on you by 530.Great service. Don't even bother calling to ask questions because the workers would just feign ignorance and say they are closed irregardless and make it seem as if you're the stupid one even though they're the ones closing down the store early.It doesn't even matter that they still had customers on the inside. What a joke.

Customer Service outs excellent!!! The bowls and thre sushi rolls are great. Wear your mask covering both your mouth and nose. Also if it's your first time make site to tell them and they'll walk you through it. Enjoy
