Went through the drive through the worker was super duper nice. I ordered a plate with honey walnut shrimp and broccoli beef. I didn't realize they charge extra for the honey walnut. after I saw my receipt and I see the food and tell me why they only give 3 shrimps ??? it was good don't get my wrong but that's hilarious, why I pay extra, but damn dude... I should have just gotten orange chicken.

We just left with our order. The manager was very skimpy on the servings. We asked for hot mustard and soy sauce. When we got home we noticed we only got one small packet each. Usually it's better.

The food was good and the cashier was friendly. My issue was with the amount of food that was provided. I just do not feel like I received the amount that I paid, which seems to be a common complaint.

Portions are insanely small and when asked them about it they said that’s how we serve. Workers take the mobile/drive thru customers before taking the customers that are trying to order inside of the store. Terrible service.

DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT HAIR IN UR FOOD THEY WONT REPLACE. I specifically asked them to give me a new plate i spent 21$ on my whole 3 entree order because theres a HAIR on my food and they didnt want to change it. The audacity to not want to change my food and just offer me a small item because they said the hair wasnt touching my rice. Im like it touched half my plate . Im sick already and hair has yeast, oils and bacteria ; many ppl sweat cooking its disgusting. I feel bad for the people who got some of this meat. I told them it was fine and threw it away since they wouldnt give me a new plate. Ill never be returning here, just decided to give it another chance after a few years. Not only did she give me a little bit of meat u spend extra on, but it has a thick black hair. And yes the male wok cook had black hair and NO HAIR NET. Only the woman had a hair net. Management needs to take care of this. This place is going downhill. They literally pulled me to the side as if I was the inconvenience so people wouldn't hear, sickening.I cant even get a refund because i paid with apple pay. This place is disgusting. I should of just went to the one by my house but i didnt want to faint after doing Labcorp bloodwork so i walked to this one it was across the street.Manager needs to step up his priorities on Health and Safety or get new staff, this is unacceptable. Also, with how many people there were in the store, to keep it a secret and also have not fresh meat is gross. Tell them also to fill the plate up not give us one small scoop. We pay extra for these items not less. I also reported this on the survey. If this is new management, take a look at how well the Panda location is doing on Main Street and Escondido. The fact staff don't care or if they're following management orders, this is disgusting to not care about your customers. Ur not going to miss out on anything replacing my food. UPDATE: i went to the one by my house on escondido and main st in hesperia after that crappy experience since i still need to eat. Not only did they give me LARGER portions, but u can tell its fresh. I didnt even tell them anything about what happened prior.

2 star review usually no problems at this panda, but today i got food for lunch and half way through my meal i found what I thought was cabbage, which was odd because the honey sesame chicken doesnt have that veggie, it was a piece of cooked plastic, like man out of all the days5 start Immediate update, i talked to some inside, told them what happened, he apologized profusely, he offered me a free meal, i didnt take it because i didnt come for a free meal, I wanted to let them know that it happened today and with what food it came from, we all make mistakes but its how its handled shows how they really cared about something that happened
