Didn't get the correct order and even if it was correct the food was still beyond undercooked. The "munchezz" fried jalapeño poppers shouldn't be soggy and still frozen on inside. Will take my service anywhere else not that there's really anywhere to get decent food in the high desert.

I just tried to order food and the lady had a bad attitude so I asked to speak with someone else and he also had a bad attitude, so we didn’t even bother ordering from them. Last time the food was salty and they ruined my order, I tried to give them another chance but they obviously aren’t changing their ways so I’m not ordering from pizza guys anymore.

I ordered a thin crust Texas BBQ pizza. I picked up the pizza from Pizza Guys and took it home. When I opened up the box I saw that It was a regular crust. I didn't feel like driving back to the store so I just ate the pizza. There is obviously a problem with the on-line ordering process as I noticed other customers have experienced the same fate. You would think it would be an easy fix to correct the problem whether it is a process issue or an employee issue. Ben A

I won't leave a bad review to pizza guys. It wouldn't be fair to them. STOP before you order food from this app. Call pizza guys directly or go online. That is what they told me on the phone. This app hands off the delivery to grub hub. During the handoff my order was changed from delivery to takeout. I paid and I waited. Food never arrived. Now an hour after the delivery time the app said it is ready for pickup. They close in 20 minutes and I live 40 minutes away. I called the number on the app and this is the time I knew it was grub hub. They refused to refund the money. The did offer to refund the 10% tip. That made me furious mad because the girl on the phone kept saying "I" choose delivery. And she was doing me a favor with the $4 refund. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS APP! You may be one of the many victims by their GRUBBY business practice.

We have been ordering from them for a while now. Was great for the first year and now it just very expensive and not as good at all. Quick for delivery, I will make the drive to little ceasers and pay half the price. Not worth it .... where's the cheese?
Pizza was literally comparable to a Little Caesar's pizza. I kid you not. Don't believe me do a side by side comparison yourself and you'll see that this is just an overpriced and overhyped pizza joint with less then mediocre pizza which is comparable to a $5 hot and ready pizza at LC's. Will never visit again or recommend.

I guess the staff preparing the pizza dont have enough to do with just making pizza; seems the order of amusement for the evening was slicing my large pizza into a 32 slices. It all eats the same but it is alittle embarrassing to ask for 6 more slices. I may be forced to get my pizza from Marcos; they slice thier large pizza Into 8 slices.

Online order to go. Menu had a variety of options and we were curious to try. When going to pick-up, the location is small with no option to eat in. We weren't greeted when we walked in, even though the door does make noise. We walked up to the counter and pretty quickly were asked if we were here for pick-up. Our pizzas were kept warm and they were handed to us after confirming our identity. Please note, that free ice cream on the yelp is not honored. Bummer. They should really remove it.We ordered two small pizzas and were a bit hesitant since they were each going to be $17 each. But we've never had pizza from here and wanted to give it a try. I got the impossible artichoke pesto which had a sweet and sour like taste. I enjoyed it. The Buffalo chicken was the other pizza we got that seemed overpowered by the Frank's red-hot Buffalo sauce. Overall, if you're willing to pay the price, the pizzas tasted fresh and nicely prepared.

Hawaiian pizza is good. Love the mozzarella they use so I get extra & it's perfect! Mountain Dew is only available in 2liter not 20oz, apparently.
