My mom ordered a supreme pizza with no pork because it is against her faith to eat pork, we got the pizza and my mom point into it and noticed it had ham and pork sausage.. we called to tell them know they made it wrong and my mom was explaining it had ham and sausage and the lady is going to tell my mom ham is not considered pork .. since when is ham the part of a pigs behind not considered pork ? She was going back and forth with my mom and told her they don’t give refunds .. after trying to argue with my mom .. I will never order here again

They completely messed up my order. Wrong icing, wrong wings. Place wasn't busy girl just seemed like she didn't care about her job. She literally put icing in with my bacon bread. I feel like you guys need a lot of improvement. Also if I pay for the better Icing I shouldn't be getting the cheaper

Called pizza hut and made order, they were asked if still delivering first it was 10:22pm,she says yes, gave my order and no one ever showed up,well of course out of concern tried calling back no one answer they were closed,then i called my bank to cancel my card no answer there neither,nthe next day spoke to the manager, she stated her name in ms Jacob, I don't believe her,but I asked for a little compensation of something off my order, she said my money was returned the next day, but that didn't make up for my stress, I thought something happen to the driver, needless to say I didn't rest, I worried about their driver and we didn't eat, but I will follow-up.

I came in to do my pick up order I had order. It was part of the $7 deal and I got two medium pepperoni pizza but me being a dummy forgot to add the pep as a topping since I thought it’ll do it on its own and came to realize it’s a create your own so when I picked it up it was just cheese so I went back inside super embarrassed because I didn’t realize it was a create your own and I explained to the manager and the manager was kind enough to add the pep and not charge me. I love this Pizza Hut and they are always super kind and helpful (: I recommend this location over any other (: super kind and friendly and always clean (: thank you pizza for the great customer service (:

The pizza and food is good on its own itself but the customer service is absolute trash, both in and out of the restaurant you want to deliver good luck even contacting them because they'll just hang up on you or transfer you to other phone calls that will straight up hang up on you I don't know if it's the manager or person in charge but whoever is running this specific building is slacking off in my opinion .They obviously aren't caring about service nor need money because we can't even order a simple damn pizza.Obviously not doing their job.

First time at this pizza hut.Everything seemed good. I order carry out theu my app. My pizza was done in the time it gave me and had no issues with staff or waiting. I thought everything was good until I for home and realized my pan pizza was a stuffed crust.I was really craving a pan witch was disappointing. And hardly any sauceHusband didn't like thin crust cuz it was as thin as they usually are.We got extra cheese tho and they know what it means to put extra cheese it was the Only thing I liked about it. I Will be giving it another shot in the future but i will be double checking my order from now on. I hope it was a 1 time slip up because the reviews I saw are not encouraging and it's the closest pizza hut to me.

I love Pizza Hut but the employees here at this location belong in the ghetto ,, on Uber eats they false advertise, they have a pepperoni and sausage pizza on a picture but when you order it it’s just cheese pizza ,no where does it state cheese pizza ,,so I called to ask why is this and the girl that answer was making me feel stupid and rudely hung up when my statement was making sense. Really unprofessional ????????
