This location can get really packed but as I was driving by noticed nobody in the drive thru so I took a very quick turn into it and was met with a very nice girl at the order box and even tho on this day I only ordered a large water as I was very parched she was very gracious and kind to me and delivered to me a nice tall ice water with a smile. Perk...it smelled like coffee it was delightful. ?? Normally I get the Matcha Latte ? which is always the most delicious, recently I tried Pumpkin ? Spice Latte mmmmm yum ? that was super tasty I really like the 3 pack of the lil shortbread cakes that are by the register. Staff at this location are always nice and this place can get super packed and they handle it like Rockstar. Thanks guys truly appreciate you all.

Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Had me waiting for 15 minutes for my tea and hot chocolate. After 2 other customers received the order before I did, finally I had to ask because it's dead empty and and order just sitting there never called my name and employees just staring at me. Felt like an idiot... I will never give them my business again...
This location is great. I would love to shout out barista Danny for his great customer service he is a national treasure. He always has a great attitude and seems like he really loves connecting with customers. I will be coming back to this location because they are fast and nice. Thanks Starbucks

So today as I went to Starbucks because I wanted a pumpkin spice latte one of the lady's treated me rude and ugly, her name was joeanna or something like that, my mother who drove me there asked for a drink carrier, the lady rolled her eyes and said "here" with a rude tone and attitude, my mom also asked for straws because the lady didn't give us any, she also ignored us and when she opened the window my mother told her that she didn't have to give her attitude, the lady then said "I'm not giving attitude" with a very rude tone. I feel like she should be talked to.

The barista at who took our order had a trashy attitude at I'ma speaker, I'm paying extra for extra additions to my drink for a reason and when I told her to fix my drink because it obviously didn't have the extra i asked for and yet still had the audacity to have a foochy face and say that it does when obviously it doesn't and still has the audacity to whip out her machine and ask for a tip
