The atmosphere walking in was dead. The workers did not greet me or the person I was with. They did not have hardly any produce out of the regular selection of every other subway. I asked to get my sandwich toasted and the toaster barely warmed the bread. Overall worst subway experience I’ve had in my life.

I couldn't even order my family food. I needed 5 sandwiches to which the girl behind the counter freaked out and said she was 22yrs old and couldn't because that qualifies as catering and she was "alone"....There was another employee playing on her phone. We are a Family of 6, not a party of 20. I've ordered one other time and it got canceled at 630 pm because the girl was tired and closed early. Ridiculous.

The nice lady on the line was the only one there, swamped, and informed me there were no tomatoes, lettuce, capacola.... So I improvised, got my lunch, thanked her and came to the conclusion that they could be doing better.... Subway is the bomb.... They have a reputation to uphold.... Get with it!

Got the ultimate BMT it was far from ultimate. It had one super thin slice of each meat, it was basically a vegetarian. Will never eat there again.

The girl who served me was working alone she didn't wash here hands and she didn't changed her gloves, the place was nasty not clean at all there were several people who came in and left because they didn't have much of anything no onions no olives no meatballs and so on. I will never return to this subway again..

On October approximately around 11:30 am my friend and I entered the Subway located at21580 Bear Valley Rd Apple Valley Ca92308. Upon entering there was a gentleman placing an order, and the food server was assisting him. When we walked in we were not greeted, but seeing as though the food server was busy assisting the gentleman I overlooked her rudeness. The gentleman placing his order was the only one in front of us so we decided to wait to place our order. We stood there waiting patiently for approximately 10 mins before the food server acknowledged us not by politely greeting us or telling us she would be right with us but by rudely and abrasively asking us how many sandwiches did we want. My friend told the food server the amount, and she continued to help the gentleman in front of us. Approximately about another 5 mins later while still assisting the gentleman in front of us and as we are still waiting to be served, an older White couple walked in behind us and the food server politely greeted them. After she greeted the White couple behind myself and my friend the food server then asked in tone as though we were bothering her what kind of bread did we want. I told my friend I didn't want anything because I refuse to spend my money at an establishment where I am blatantly being demeaned and disrespected because of something I cannot control which is the color of my skin. My friend agreed and we both walked out. I am providing this feedback because customers need to be made aware of the bias and racist conduct shown by some Subway employees. Due to this employees racist attitude this Subway lost out on receiving a large order that day and in the future. My money and my friends money is green and spends just like the couple that was behind us but since my skin color was so offensive to their employee I refuse to patronize this Subway and possible any other Subway if this is the type of attitude/conduct Subway condones. I have informed my friends and family members of this incident so they won't go to this Subway. This type of behavior must be stopped. If I could give this place a zero rating I would, but unfortunately I had to give it a star to submit my review.

Employees very friendly but they are always out of something whether it be the bread you want meat vegetables & soda went to get a sprite thank goodness I tasted it before I walked out it was just soda water there so no sign about the sprite but employees knew there were no sprite & were instructed not to put up sign so customers were just getting ripped off whoever got Sprite I will be going to the other subway down the street

Summer is the rudest sandwich artist i've ever encountered she cannot even follow simple instructions. & she takes her sweet time you would think that would make the sandwich the way i walked her through it. if you're craving Subway, i recommend driving the few extra miles just to avoid this 1. it's also usually packed & only 1 girl ever working. i refuse to go here any more.

just got back was there for over 30 mins waiting when only 3 people were in there do to a slow worker. the employees name was Summer M. she was completely rude kept ignoring me when I said please toast it had to basically yell at her for her to listen after telling her 5 times mind u no one was in there it was quite when it came to check out I asked for her to not only cut my sandwich she didn't then I also asked for a bag she had a nasty attitude about that then threw the bag ok the counter and walked off

This has to be the worst subway I've ever been to. There's one girl working and she was super slow. You can clearly tell she was drugged out. It took her 30 mins to help 3 total people. She was making the sandwiches the slowest I've ever seen someone moving. She was mumbling stuff and talking very low. The lady in front of me ordering asked for a 6" and when she cut the bread half was about 8" and the other half 4". She was out of it and shouldn't have even clocked in. I cant understand how these people get hired. I just walked out which at 40 years old I've only done a couple times in my life. No way I could let her make my food at a snails pace on pills or fentanyl. From all the other reviews I'm seeing I'm not the only one who's gotten service like that at this location. I'll never go back again.
