I went here a few weeks ago and had the absolute one of the best customer service experiences in a fast food setting. Fabby was so sweet and professional. She made great conversation and great sandwiches. I would completely recommend this Subway, plus it was not expensive if you have a coupon. Check it out.

drive through speaker wasn't working after waiting almost 10 mins employee finally put her arm out drive thru window and waved me to go to window. ordered the philly cheese sandwich very little meat mostly all bread . save your money on this

Decided to sign up for an online account and try the online ordering since I didn't have much time on my break. I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time and sat patiently near the online order shelf 7 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I finally decided to go to the register and inquire about my food. They had just set my sandwich on the counter and didn't call out my order was ready. By that time it was cold. I asked them to refund to the card I used to order. Good way to lose customers. I won't be back.

This location has a drive thru. I came to this location because the other location was busy with app orders. This location was not busy. The store was nicely lit and very clean! The customer service was outstanding, all the food was fresh and my sandwich was very delicious. I'll definitely be coming back.

really not hard to make a sandwich and follow instructions , 40 min wait for two sandwiches . bunch of ghetto cracked out people walking around that area .

This location is understaffed. Only one person working. I went in the drive thru, my a/c wasn't working. Had to wait for the customers inside to be helped first, even though I got to the speaker before they went inside. I left without ordering because it was way too hot to wait.

Today I attempted to use the drive thru because I had my dog. Someone came over the speaker and said "one moment" and never returned to take my order. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of waiting and there were no customers in the dining room and nobody in the drive thru but the restaurant was open.

Today I attempted to use the drive thru because I had my dog. Someone came over the speaker and said "one moment" and never returned to take my order. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of waiting and there were no customers in the dining room and nobody in the drive thru but the restaurant was open.

The food is often stale and service is seriously sub par and often understaffed. This last time might be the last time I come to this location though. Ordered an online order almost an hour before I came to pick it up. The lady had "just received the order". I was in a time crunch which is why I ordered beforehand. So I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my food Id ordered an hour earlier. I admit I could have been nicer but rather than say sorry she made excuses and was short with me. Just close down if you can't properly staff.

Subway is meant to be a go in, pick and choose. But here the owner is too cheap to hire more then one person at a time so your forced to order via drive through while the restaurants doors remain locked. It's not the same. Just not the same at all. While the girl was working double, the wait takes forever, the food is not everything you usually want because it's drive though and you can't pick or she can't remember which ones you did pick. She has to hang out the window if she's out of something, and people are literally walking through the drive through, which is incredibly dangerous. Will I be back? Not until I forget this experience.
