The friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere alone are great. I don't drink coffee, but my husband loves the organic free trade coffee here. The hibiscus tea is great, and so is the food. I have not tried it yet, but it is quite the show watching the staff make the nitro ice cream (especially for little kids).

Beautiful setting. The ambience is relaxed. Try the Lavender Latte. Try the avocado toast! Came in this morning to relax and enjoy a cup. There are so many places to visit right here in the High Desert: Tonyan is definitely a place to stop and enjoy a special moment with someone you love. im honestly very hurt & sad that i had this shitty experience bc i loved this place. i ordered a matcha & i was excited to try bc i knew they'd make an amazing matcha.. but when i started to order the cashier was being rude & seemed annoyed that i ordered a match, i was already nervous as is ordering & then i got my drink and it was straight just water & matcha .. looked & tasted like grass lol. i asked for milk & vanilla flavoring & when i asked for vanilla she said "it already has vanilla" but there was no vanilla in it lol ... i wish i took a picture but i was just so sad i threw it away immediately and it was a $8 drink ...

Best indy coffee in the High Desert! When you walk in, the experience hits you. They have a roaster and burlap bags full of coffee in the lobby. The menu and presentation of products are rustic but modern at the same time. Staff are sweet and friendly. A solid pastry case. The coffee is delicious!! Not overly roasted but still has a bite. If you want a quality boutique coffee experience, come here!! I always find an excuse to be in the area to get a homemade Tonyan.

Best hot peppermint mocha decaf I've ever had! Been getting them at Starbucks for years and I really enjoy them. I happened to be at another business next to Tonyan Coffee Roasters in Apple Valley; popped in to get a peppermint mocha decaf not expecting anything and wow, was I surprised! Creamy and smooth with great flavor. I'll definitely be back for more.

Heard their blended drinks were good and stopped in to try one. The blended mocha was delicious and we also decided to try a nitro ice cream. It was fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you and it was delicious. The service and atmosphere was great as well. We will definitely be back for more in the future!

Ordered avocado toast, it looks like they dumped the entire bottle of everything but the bagel seasoning on it, it was extremely salty. Definitely not worth $7 bucks.
