It's really meh. Apart from cheap food, the quality is far from ok. I ordered the Singapore-styled vermicelli and my noodles were hard like elastic bands. Also tried the Hong Kong styled beef noodles and that tasted way better than the Singapore-styled vermicelli. Passable but not delicious. They burned the noodles. How is it even possible?! I guess the chef needs to go to culinary school. Their boba is overcooked and their tea is done poorly. Yes I know it's refillable but if the tea tastes bad why would I want to refill it? Perhaps it's their strategy to make it taste bad so you don't get seconds. 2 stars because I liked their chinese soup.

I like eating at Garden Cafe for Hong Kong style cafe food. There's a large variety of menu options and you'll probably be able to find something for everyone. A few of my favorites are the Baked Fish Filet in Cream Sauce (over rice), Black Pepper Udon, and Chicken Steak. My go-to drink is their refreshing Lemon Iced Tea. The Coffee & English Tea concoction is another good one. Their service is good but the place itself could use a refresh. It doesn't feel like the cleanest restaurant and things are looking outdated.

Hong Kong style cafe. Really appreciate the customer service with good manners. We ordered Eel fried rice. Surprisingly found some small scallops and shrimps. Another Ox Tail with mushroom sauce which with decent amount of ox tails and taste delicious. Chicken thin rice noodles was good too.In general, the food quality is decent plus good customer service will gain return customers.

I ordered fried beef flat noodles and drove to pick up. Took me a short while to find a parking spot. Walked in, greeted by a young male cashier. When I signed my credit card, I did not include any tips. I normally don't leave tips for take out unless they bring to the car or to the door. All he did was gave me the total and I inserted my card, food was already on the table waiting for me to take. The suggestion for tip starts at 18% and if I am paying this amount for service, I would rather order doordash ...Anyway, the young man gave me a dirty look after seeing me filled in amount without any tips. He snatched the merchant copy if the receipt from hand and walked away angrily... Mr owner, I hope you see this review. I worked as waiter before when I was in college and because of that, I normally tip very well when I sit down. I just don't feel that I should pay 18 percent extra when there s no service???

I often go to this Hong Kong-style restaurant and the experience is good every time I go there. The environment is nice and the waiters are friendly and approachable. Steak, fried rice, fried noodles, and noodle soup are all very good. The food portions are large and can be taken home every time. The price is reasonable and the price-quality ratio is high.Special thanks to the waiter Xiaolin. Today's wedding anniversary dinner was very enjoyable, and the children also had a great time.---Update, I was in a bad mood today, but I feel much better after coming to eat. Thank you again Xiaolin, the recommended food is delicious and the food is served quickly. Recommend the spicy fried rice with kale and beef udon. The chips and fish in the children's menu are fresh and hot.Kid-friendliness: The kids liked the fish and chips set very much and enjoyed eating the ice cream very much. Also love the pasta and fried rice.

Pretty Authentic Hong Kong Western Style. Reasonable price with all the inflation going on. Especially, breakfast price. I personally prefer their lemon tea and Souffle. My honey B prefers the curry beef, tomato pork chop oven fire rice, and tomato soup vermicelli. Sometimes their chef special also surprises us. Service are friendly. Special like to Fa Jie and that young gentleman always so energetic and attentive. Of course, the rest of the team provides great service, too. Much better than the Alhambra location.

The service was very, very bad. I came in and sat down for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. As soon as the subsequent guests came in, they were greeted immediately and even drinks were served to the table. Discriminatory treatment, I will never patronize again???.

Today I ordered beef tongue which in past visits, is served in a burgundy or a tomato sauce. Today it was covered in spaghetti sauce and the tongue was too dry and not prepared properly. This is not great Chinese cuisine. It is at best, mediocre.Original ReviewThey offer an extensive menu of Chinese and French-Chinese items though I don't find that anything they offer is particularly great in flavor. It is mostly mediocre in taste. Many of the dishes are accompanied by either white rice or spaghetti with watered down sauce. Clearly these aren't advisable for people who are concerned about hypoglycemia.Their chow mein and other noodle dishes are probably the few better choices they offer.
