Not necessarily a big fan of Burger King but I will say that this location is really top notch. Room is very clean, lighting is good, furniture looks relatively new. Service was outstanding, not sure if she was the franchise owner but the lady behind the counter was very efficient very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and its options. They even had a special fir $6.00 for a complete menu including chicken nuggets fries drink and junior whopper with bacon! A great experience! Thank you!

Customer service is fine, food is prepared pretty quickly and quality is good. But the smell in this location is horrendous. I've been in probably a dozen times in the last year or so and it almost always smells like a sewer line is broken. Very unappetizing.

Was there at about 7PM today, in the drive-thru, was told via speaker that they were "currently on break and would reopen in 15 minutes". WTH!!!! Luckily no one was behind me so I backed out and went to In-N-Out.

Went to this place at 8pm and the doors were locked with two employees cleaning in there. When I knocked they said they only did drive through. There was no notice or anything.

Location is pretty hidden but the inside was spotless and the customer service amazing. The food was actually pretty good ? ? I don't normally eat burger King but the staff here seem to take pride in their work and it definitely shows in their food! Thank you!

LIARS !!!!!!! It says they close at 11 pm BIG LIE !! It's 10:13 and they are closed!! And the cleaning crew inside wouldn't even look at the white of my eyes to tell me that they are closed !! Do you know how bad I was craving a chicken sandwich ?? I drove all this way just be lied too !!! This is not cool !! And for this you guys are getting 1 star. If you wanna do business with a boss, you gotta be ready to sacrifice it all.

Pulled up in the drive thru an hour before closing and no one answered when I kept saying hello. The lights were on, employees were inside cleaning and google says they close until 11 pm. I don't get why they couldn't just answer.

They closed dinning room and drive through during dinner hours because they were short-staffed and the staffs were taking a break. That's understandable but they needed to put a note on the door to inform the customers. They should also need to disable the mobile order at least 30 before taking a break. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order outside not knowing what happened until another customer told me that they took a break. I would had felt sorry for uber eat drivers if it happened to them. I didn't leave because I had paid for my mobile orders :) anyway, please avoid placing mobile order between 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at this location or you might had stuck waiting outside when they took a break when you arrived.

Most of the time I go to fast food places, there's always something wrong, I either wait too long, forgot items, or something else. However, the service here is phenomenal. Income here occasionally, and never a bad experience. Javier, Samantha, and Karen are great employees that make every meal a good one. Highly recommend.
