I drove by and thought this place looked interesting ? so I tried it out.The entrance is actually on the other side of the restaurant. It's inside of the parking lot entrance to volley blvd. The noodles of choice was spicy and sour noodle soup with beef, quail eggs, carrots and corn - 4/5Curry soup base with beef - 4/5Fried dough - taste like red bean inside. It was goodSmall sausages - was pretty good. I attached pictures below. It was clean, decently friendly and simple menu along with good customer service.

I love noodle soup and this restaurant did not disappoint! It was the ultimate comfort food. Large portions and fair price. Great service and the owner is friendly. Highly recommend this spot!

Really great noodle soup! Super flavorful! Be careful with the takeout soup container seal. Convenient parking lot.

I should have read through all the reviews before I ordered from here. Being the curious foodie I always am, I've always wanted to give new places a try and also support small business. To my disappointment, there's nothing special from the noodle that I ordered. I got the original beef noodle ($16). It was a mild spicy and sour taste to the broth, with a strip of the beef bone. There's no taste of the beef in broth, so not sure if they're just using the same soup for different noodles except adding different ingredients. Plus, they are no longer giving 20% off purchase even if you show them the app, which makes the noodle really expensive. In the SGV area, I'm sure I can find somewhere with better quality food at a more reasonable price.

This is a pretty good noodle spot. I recommend their fresh fish bowl. The owner is super friendly and offered us free noodle add-on. I would visit again

sorry. it was so bad. If you ever been to Las Vegas location and compare to this, I highly doubt are they really in the same franchise. Ive even been to the one in Shanghai was not impressed but not to the point taste bad. Presentation bad. Price range is $13+ for a rice noodle and there's many options in this area. I expect more than 3 pieces beef stew and frozen tasteless corn. Mediocre broth. we dined out and was told the pot is not available. bruh rather go to lu ding ji

Their menu must had changed at least twice since they opened. All the numbering were completely different. Almost ordered only desserts for dinner. Had their sour and spicy with beef slices rice noodles. Their best part was their broth - rich and milky. Otherwise not much substances (a handful of frozen green peas and corns, a couple fish balls, and few slices of beef). I realized their type of noodles wasn't exactly my fav - something about the texture? They break apart when soaked for too long... hence not great for reheating as leftovers either. They were still offering the 20% off when i had their noodles... Otherwise really pricy for the value and taste.

I ordered the original rice noodle with beef slices, and the chicken fillet appetizer. The noodles were below average, and as a reviewer below mentioned, not worth $15. Noodles were overcooked and mushy. Broth was OK. The rest of the bowl was literally from a frozen food aisle. Couple fish balls. A few tablespoons of mixed frozen veg (diced carrots/corn/peas, no joke). The chicken appetizer was too salty, and not crispy anymore. Flavor was decent. but its just one chicken thigh for nearly $9. ridiculous.

I was excited to see Dagu here! I remembered how good it was in Pittsburgh. I tried to order via phone, but the number has changed apparently. Ended up ordering online & picked up my order after a few minutes. There is 20% discount during COVID-19! My favorite is A4 (used to be C6).

This place never picked up the phone, can't even place to go order. This is my 3rd trying to call.

Theyve moved their location into a hole in the wall place way off the street in the plaza it's in, so if you didnt know to look, you'll miss it. Food available is not what is listed on the menu. Only half the menu they had before as well so your options aren't the best. The people working there dont speak any English, only mandarin so you're out of luck if you dont speak it. Even the screen to pay is in mandarin! My boyfriend said it's very obvious they only want chinese people to come. The food itself was still good at least. I got the rice noodle soup with beef. It's not very good having everything thrown into one bowl. The noodles dont soak up the flavor like they used to. My boyfriend got the spicy noodle soup with seafood, said it wasnt spicy but it was good.So while the food is still good, the fact they they're rather purposely limiting customers drops their rating.
