Pretty amazing section style cuisine! The spicy beef noodle soup , Dan Dan noodles, scallion pancakes, and Xiaongnbao were among the very best we've ever had. Okay prices and plenty of parking. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Be careful ordering from here if you request no egg they must not look at the ticket and or ignore it. We requested mo egg in rice and in fact there was egg. With that said I liked the rice wife very upset at mistake

Came here twice and they still didn't disappoint. This time I brought my family to try their beef noodle soup out in the cold raining weather and they simply loved it. My kids kept reminding me to leave them a 5 star since they liked it that much ? So here it is ?.The food is delicious and the portion is very generous. We ordered the xiao long bao, pan fried pork bun and of course, their beef noodle soup. The total was very reasonable. So, whenever you are in the area, make sure to stop by and give them a try.

The beef noodles is very good. I like the taste and mainly is not oily. Ordered to go is the best choice

I ordered the very spicy beef noodle soup. The noodles were very good and the broth was spicy! Only complaint would be the cilantro on top. They added too much cilantro which sometimes overwhelmed the beef noodle soup flavor. Over all the dish was tasty and i definitely would get again but ask for less cilantro next time.

First and foremost, the staff here are the nicest people! They were both attentive and kind. We ordered the pork/chive dumplings and pork/vegetable dumplings. Both were excellent with very flavorful filling. The dry beef noodle stir fry was also very good and the flavor was on point. The beef roll was ok as it lacked flavor and could use more plum sauce as it was dry. The soup dumpling was also ok and more rustic as the skin is a little thicker. My whole family enjoyed the pork chop fried rice. It was so delicious and the pork chop was so tender. It's a small place but they accommodated a party of 8 with no issues. Definitely a cute place with a solid traditional Taiwanese menu.

2023 and Ding's Garden still going strong as a top contender for Shanghainese comfort food. I have driven in 1 hour traffic to come to Arcadia (bc SG location closed) just to pick up their pork chop fried rice for my partner. Best things to order: 1) Pork Chop Fried Rice 2) Cold appetizer - 3 kinds (Get it spicy!) 3) Dan Dan Mian They used to have this smokey lightly sweetened plum drink. I do hope they bring it back! Ding's Garden is nestled next to Starbucks in the Vons (formerly Pavilions) plaza.

Came here on a rainy night and the there were still a lot of patrons enjoying the awesome dishes. We got seated right away. There was one server but she was efficient. She got everyone seated, got everyone's drinks and gave everyone their menus. She was a working machine. Then there was another person who would bring the food to your table. Btw, the space was clean and tables were spaced out. There was a lot of parking , so you don't have to worry about it. The menu had a lot of options, so if you can't find something you don't want to eat, then there's something wrong. Because there's so many options. Also, the prices seem fair for the amount of food that they serve. We were actually pleasantly surprised on how much we spent, considering the inflation these days. In any case, onto the food. We ordered the fried pork chop, fried rice and spiced egg, beef roll, pan fried dumpling and pork, vegetable wonton soup. The husband said that the beef roll was pretty good. Lots of beef pieces. The pan fried dumplings had a crisp bottom and flavorful meat filling. If I had some chili, it would have elevated it. But I forgot to ask about it. The outside seemed a little bit thicker than the other dumplings I've had but it didn't make it less delicious. I still enjoyed them. The pork vegetable wonton soup was amazing! The broth was flavorful and not at all salty. It was a good balance of flavors. The dumplings were plump and plentiful. It was filling! The was enough vegetables and seaweed as well, which added a different texture to the soup. I wished there were noodles in this dish. Maybe next time I go, I'll ask them if noodles can be added. The star of the show was the pork chop and fried rice. It was juicy and crunchy and fried to perfection. The fried rice and the pork chop were not oily or overly oily, like some places. The fried rice was so flavorful. I think there were some chopped mustard greens on the side and that added an extra layer of flavor. The egg was okay. I really enjoyed the pork chop and fried rice a lot and the soup too. Okay, I enjoyed all the dishes. Overall, everything was awesome. I would definitely come back and try other things. It was just really really good.

This is a for sure 4-star restaurant since I was able to promptly receive my order within less than 10min of a wait time after having placed a phone order. Aside from a tad bit of a wait time, I'm rating 1/2 dishes I ordered a 4-star because the Green Onion Pancakes I ordered turned out too way overdone aka extremely crispy. They should tone down frying the pancakes a bit. I liked the spicy sauces that came with it, though. Now let's rave about their 'Xiao Long Bao.' Those were extremely juicy baos. I will definitely be back for This dish. The house-made dipping Aka soy sauce that came with my 'Xiao Long Bao,' dish was delish and not too salty. Again I would have rated them a 5-star restaurant if the green onion pancakes didn't turn out extra crispy. I'll be back again after 2022!
