I ordered thru Yelp/GrubHub at about 9:30am and got an email confirming order pickup will be ready at 10:45. But when I got there, there was a very long line. And they claimed they're not taking any GrubHub orders. They said I can order again with them but it will be another 40 min wait for the food to be ready. I just waited more than an hour for my food and i did not want to wait any more. They first claimed they never got my order and that there is something wrong with the grubhub system....but later showed me my order did appear on their screen....they just didn't press confirm to allow the order to go through. If they don't want to take online orders, then they shouldn't let customers put the orders in and waste their time.

The food they make there is delicious, but the beef is really oily and salty. Also the dim sum and the other dinner plates is tasty :)

I do ordered deep fried tofu at noon and eat it at night. The tofu is brown on the outside because of the crust covering but today the tofu doesn't look deep fried. It is still white in color. I went back to show the cashier and was told that it is white because they used new oil, a clean oil. She explained that if it is brown the oil is reused for 2 or three days. Makes you now wonder the food you eat at that place.

Today I buy a pound of bbq pork (Cha Shu) in there, they even didn't give me a drop of sauce. Normally it always have some sauce. Now is totally dry, only have the bbq pork. Plz see my attached picture.

This review is based on customer service. Restsurant is very disorganized. Went to try and get dim sum but there were multiple lines, it was chaotic and also the attitude of the staff wasn't good. It was obvious that trey were understaffed and frazzled. Unfortunately this is one of the few places in Arcadia that offers dim sum. I won't be going back there again.

Ordered at 4:29PM for 6:30-7:00PM DoorDash delivery on Chinese New Year's Eve. Got email at 6:45PM cancelling the order because "unable to process the order with the restaurant." Couldn't tell me or DoorDash 2 hours and 45 minutes ago? Ridiculous.

Good dimsum! I always get dimsum here whenever i'm in the area. However, the woman at the counter was very rude and really did not seem to know how to treat a customer. Not happy with her. :((

Someone somehow stole my credit card information and ordered 70$ worth from this restaurant. I don’t even live near Arcadia. When I called them to warn them (I had gotten an email from DoorDash) they would not hear it. I explained carefully that someone would come to pick it up in my name and that I was retracting the payment, they just played d*** and hung up on me.I think they may be in on the scam!!

Got take out noodles. Ordering online was easy and pick up was fast! Everything was packed up Nicely so no spilling and noodles were still crispy. I would have liked more than just broccoli in the chicken fried noodles dish, no other veggies were included. But the flavor was great.
I have been here many times for their din sum and I had decent experience. Today, I purchased Peking duck and braised yee mien for dinner. It was very disappointing since their Peking duck was basically roasted duck with buns (and the kitchen did not even include the duck sauce). Braised yee main was not dry and tasted like chow mien without flavor. I might go back there for din sum but will not order anything else.

I ordered my graduation dinner from here and it was delicious. A bit pricey for dinner but it was tasty. I ordered Peking duck, fish filet with sweet and sour sauce, Japanese tofu with mushrooms and veggies, honey walnut shrimp, lobster with noodles in Supreme broth, and salty fish and diced chicken fried rice. All of that came out to around 180 including delivery fees and taxes.

Picked up sometime out for dinner- lobster, walnut shrimp and string beans with ground meat. They were all delicious. The food is not as greasy as I thought it would be; not as salty as most Asian food and I did not get any reaction as I would normally do if there's MGS. But I had to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the string beans hardly had any ground meat. The service was great, they were very friendly, even gave us free dessert - egg tarts.

Love this place, I actually have enjoyed their take out during the pandemic more than before however you must order online it's more efficient. Everything is yummy just wish they gave more hot sauce and mustard to go ?
