Everything was cold, either bland or too salty, overcooked, stale. Some of the items I couldn't even tell what it was because it seemed to have been reheated stored then reheated again. Seemed like they stored the food and took it out and threw it together on a tray. None of the sweet offerings seemed made in house, like they bought bulk macarons from Costco and gave one per person. No lining between the food and the porous wooden tray so not hygienic. For $68 plus 21% service charge this was ridiculous, a joke. It was shockingly bad. There were only 4 tea selections too. Worst tea time I've ever had.

The afternoon tea menu was not like any afternoon tea I have had, Asian theme for Lunar New Year. The group all eats Asian food and yet we didn't even care for it. I came for an event in the ballroom that included dinner. First of all, please note that you have to pay for valet parking. Dinner started with a scant lettuce salad, followed by a choice of steak and shrimp, salmon or vegetarian. Most of my table had the steak and shrimp. The shrimp and fried rice were good but the steak was like the thin type you get at Denny's - tough and dry. It ended with tiramisu dessert which was not authentic. I was waiting for a dessert fork but was informed to use my tea/coffee spoon. That may explain why coffee/tea was not served. Didn't get to see much of the hotel outside of the function room on the ground floor.
Tea was lovely at Le Meridien. The seating was cute crushed velvet benches right near the windows so we could enjoy the rainy day. The food is very good. We selected three different pots of tea and there was definitely a favorite amongst us. We were there a long time without being rushed. The bar is adjacent to it so there are other groups that can get loud. It's a pretty open area though. The staff are all very friendly.

2 years later and we are still enjoying this property. Rooms are clean and beautiful and the vibes are always good. The food at the restaurant is very good as well for weekend brunch! This location is the best in Arcadia and staff is always so friendly and nice.

I feel terrible for not having taken any pictures of this beautiful hotel, but it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is up there in price, but seeing how kind and friendly the staff is was worth it. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk that assisted my boyfriend and I was so sweet and asked if we were there celebrating anything, and when we told him our 1yr anniversary, he provided us with a $30 voucher to use at the restaurant or the bar. I felt like that was such a sweet thing to do. The valet staff was also amazing and non-judgemental of my little corolla. It seems the hotel hosts a lot of events as the first night there, it seemed there was a quinceanera in their ballroom. The next day we, it seemed there was a funeral there. It is lovely to see that they provide an abundance of services. If I could save up the money to stay there again, I would.

Stayed here twice for work events and had a wonderful experience each time. The hotel and grounds are lovely (though there is a lot of construction across the street). Rooms are nice, bright and clean and everyone I've interacted with has been great. Highly recommend using their app for most inquires or questions. Overall am very happy to stay here, whether work necessitates or for pleasure.

Worst experience ever. The management didn't care about the safety of the guests who's staying at the hotel. Not responsible. I've paid so much to try to at least enjoy the stay but it was opposite outcome, was abused by one of the staff tag team with his friends who also staying in this hotel. Very scary experience. Security did absolutely nothing to protect the guest. If you are not the staff member family or friends. Do not stay here.

The ambience is wonderful and comfortable, but the food is subpar, and the service is extremely slow and spotty. There was a football game blaring on a large screen TV right in front of our couches.
3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. The hotel is centrally located close to the Santa Anita Shopping Center and Chinese food central like San Gabriel. The hotel was modern and clean and the staff was very nice. Any time we requested something, someone showed up promptly and took care of things. The staff of the valet parking was also very nice. One of my biggest complaints was the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was one of the tiniest I've been to in the area. The sink and countertop were very small. Because the sink was so small and narrow, it's easy for water to splash everywhere. Although the staff of the valet parking was very nice, it's rather pricey and valet parking was the only parking option. Overall, nice hotel to stay at if you don't mind the tiny bathroom.

Just when i think i can't like this hotel anymore i return and something makes me like it more. The front desk service rep. Issac was such a nice addition to your hotel. He was very informative and helpful with all my question & needs. He informed me things at the hotel that i wasn't aware of and help me enjoy my stay more. Issac is a true asset to this company. He is smiling and happy every time I approached the front desk. I hope some one recognizes him for a amazing job. Request to bring back live music and the original chef for restaurant. We miss the Asian fusion menu. Breakfast menu amazing and we love the grab to go and coffee in lounge. Love the tea options. This hotel is decorated beautifully and with a great comfy relaxing vibe when you want to chill. Pool is so peaceful that i feel like im by the pool at my house.

Where do I begin? The one star was for the great service provided by our server. She was attentive and offered to take pictures for our group. The tea was ok. I wouldn't rave about it but it's acceptable. -1 point for delayed seating, we had a reservation at 11am and arrived early and when it's 11am, they couldn't find anyone who is in charge of the high tea, so instead of seating us, the brunch server just asked us to wait. After back and forth with the brunch server and finally involving someone who looked like a manager, we finally sat down 15 mins later. -1 food came out late, tea and food didn't come out until 11:40am. -1 point for quality of the food, the food looked like they were bought from Ralph's or Costco. -1 our server told us she was on break thus she was late. But what puzzled me was I made a reservation! So they know ahead of time that a group is coming at 11 to have high tea and still scheduled her to go on her break? I would not recommend this place to anybody, the teapot was ugly and food was subpar.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend in a king. Not a fan of the bathroom layout, no privacy in the shower at all. It would be super awkward to share a room with someone you're not completely comfortable with. Wifi speed is aight, but costs money unless you're a member and only up to 4 devices per room. It also sometimes disconnects randomly which is annoying. Valet ONLY which is super inconvenient when in a rush and EXPENSIVE!! Totally unnecessary in my opinion. Service is always great with everyone that I have interacted with throughout my entire stay from the bartenders to housekeepers. The decor is really cute, and I love that it's all horse themed. The drinks at the bar are great, but the food is super mid. Probably wouldn't want to come back here again.

Hotel is beautiful. Very clean and modern. Rooms are lovely with a large window. Shower is large and very clean. The area is clean and safe. Bar service and drinks were great. Natalia at front desk is very friendly and helpful. I left my Stanley cup when we checked out and she sent it to me at home. Thanks for a great stay!!
