My mom and I basically consider the Santa Anita mall as our second home. And whenever I come to the food court the first two places to go is always boba time and get a super size of the brown sugar milk tea with boba then get chick-fila afterwards. The staff at boba time are always right on time getting the drink out and always fresh and just how I ordered it on the mobile app. I'm totally satisfied overall!

I ordered a mango smoothie and milk tea, but this specific location is always gives the great service, they have a lot of young people in this location but always very upbeat and welcoming and listen to your orders. I had Carla as my server and I asked for her to put the boba on top of my milk tea instead of on the bottom since I like to stir and eat it first! She was very friendly and welcoming! The ambience of this location is always packed but because it is the mall. Thanks Boba and keep it up!

Boba Time is a pretty standard boba shop with pretty standard boba shop fare. You have classic toppings and milk teas and some more unique combinations of classic drinks, typically seen at Boba Time. Service wise, the staff at this location are very informative and attentive. Drinks come out quick, and wait time is low, so long as there isn't a line. Given that this location is inside the mall, the ambiance is going to be relatively noisy with the chatter of people, and music going off. Overall, a solid 7/10.

My Daughter and I stopped by and got our drinks. My daughter asked for no boba in her drink and I asked for mine to come with boba. Both our drinks came without boba. After I asked that I indicated that I asked for boba and my drink came without it, and I asked for it to be added, the lady who decided to help me acted annoyed. I don't get it... But, there's another boba spot in the mall. I am taking note that this location has 3.8 stars at the time of my writing this review. People have choices, even the nice young lady who could probably work somewhere else if she doesn't like her job there or doesn't feel like fixing an order.

One of the workers there might've been coming back from the restroom as my party and I waited for our drinks. Walking to the pickup area to see if they're ready, I feel that I unintentionally blocked someone's way of walking. My bad. I turn to apologize but she raises her arms to signify her annoyance and then walks back into the shop. Weird. She might've been having a bad day, but no need to do that. Also, everyone working there looks miserable.
