I’ve been ordering the signature crepe cake for my all my birthdays for the past 6 years! Because it’s my favorite cake. This year was the first year I ordered from this location. It was a cake for a work party. My co-worker picked it up. Everyone at work was excited to try it out because no one had it before and the cake was so disappointing. There was too much cream and it was overpowering. You couldn’t even taste the crepes. No one liked the cake. I’m never ordering from this location again.

My first experience with Lady M was last month when my SIL was visiting and stayed in Santa Monica. She went to the one on the west side and got me a slice of chocolate cake. Had never heard of them before. The cake was good and came in a fancy bag. It was very light and mousse like. Reminiscent of Phoenix Bakery or other Asian bakeries. Fast forward to yesterday when my bf and I were waiting to be notified of seating at CPK at the Arcadia mall so we walked around and stumbled upon Lady M. Decided to get the strawberry shortcake. It was $10 for a slice so pricey, we thought. It was good however and again reminded me of Asian baked goods.

This is my 2nd Lady M review (this instance in a diff location). No surprise but the hallmark quality and unwavering consistency prevails. This boutique is located in the mall, exuding a cozy and immaculate charm, with no sit down space, as it is purely for takeaway. We ordered two cakes off their website and they were ready for pickup within an hour. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating - we inadvertently duplicated our order and they were happy to re-do the entire transaction. Plus Not content with mere amends, they generously provided premium candles, plates, forks, etc. at no extra charge. This experience reinforces my belief that when you gift a Lady M cake to a friend or family member, it's practically a guarantee that they'll deeply appreciate it and hold you in high regard. Lady M lives up to every bit of its hype, and let me tell you, it truly is THAT GOOD.This time we got the Signature & the Pistachio. Both of which are nothing short of extraordinary, but Pistachio has emerged as my newfound favorite:- Pistachio (5/5): this might be a seasonal offering but I hope it becomes part of their regular menu. The texture of this Mille Crepe is, as always, impeccable, but it provides a subtle yet delightful hint of pistachio with each bite. It reminds me of the subtle pistachio flavor found in Häagen-Dazs' pistachio ice cream - delicate and not the least bit overpowering, and most importantly there's no intrusive vanilla taste, which tends to drown out the subtlety of the pistachio. I cant recommend this one enough- Signature (4/5): In terms of texture, it's on par with all their Mille Crepes. However, the signature flavor leans more towards a crème brûlée flavor. While it's not offensive by any means, I personally find it slightly generic for my taste, especially considering the price. I would have preferred something a tad more distinctiveIn my book, Lady M undoubtedly earns a gold star, and I'll most certainly be returning to taste test more of their delectable cakes!

Lady M is known for its exquisite cakes. They are particularly famous for their signature creation called Mille Crêpes, a cake made up of many thin layers of crepes with luscious pastry cream in between.::Dessert::My favorite is the Checkers Cake. It features layers of chocolate and vanilla sponge cake. The checkerboard pattern created by these contrasting layers is not only eye-catching but also adds a playful twist to the classic chocolate and vanilla combination. Each chocolate layers are smooth and rich, while the vanilla layers provide a light contrast.Lady M's cake slices come with a notable price tag. Purchasing a single slice is expensive and their whole cake is even a greater cost.::M's Notes::- Located inside the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia- Garage and lot parking

It's a Lady M outlet in a mall - not much to say. The cakes are consistent with others I've had in the USA, but somehow the quality doesn't seem as good as their outlets in Asia.

Love the cake but very bad customer to service. The staffs are very selective on who they want to service first. The two people behind me got their order before I did. I only order 2 slices. This seems to be trend since other people experience the same thing.

Slow and inexperienced workers. Waited 15 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered cake.

Visited this location at the Santa Anita Mall and it's a small shop with no indoor seating. Seasonal flavors are available with choices of slices and whole cakes. Although their display shows whole cakes only, you can ask to purchase slices. We tried the passion fruit and pistachio slices. I liked how tart and refreshing the passion fruit slice was. It's topped with a passion fruit glaze and edible passion fruit seeds. The pistachio slice was also good and subtle. I've had it before and it tastes good too. I love that these slices aren't too sweet. I'd say these are a bit on the pricier side at $10.50 a slice, but they're treats to indulge in once in a while, so why not treat yourself haha. Service was quick and efficient. There was outdoor seating but it was closed so we had to find seating elsewhere.

Lady M is located inside the Arcadia mall near the Din Tai Fung. They have quite a few options in flavors. Displayed are whole cakes but you can buy by slice. I tried the matcha and it was very good. Layers of cake and cream and you can really taste the matcha. Only thing I was a bit surprised about was the price...$10 for one slice of cake. It's delicious but on my budget not something I can have often. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Almost every flavor is delicious. This is our first choice for birthdays and anniversaries. The price is acceptable because the cakes are of excellent quality and the staff is very friendly.
