I am so disappointed in the service of this restaurant. I visited today and ordered the House Special Angus Beef Noodle Soup, Tomato Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, and the Pickled Vegetable Fish Noodle Soup. When I picked up my order, I immediately noticed on the receipt that they placed an order for the Hot & Spicy Noodle Soup instead of the House Special. Without gloves or using hand sanitizer beforehand, they removed the item on top with their hands, in front of me, and took off the cover and top layer to double-check if it was the one that they messed up on. SO unsanitary. They took one glance at the soup (which was red and could've been the Tomato soup, not the Hot & Spicy) to double-check and remade the order. This has already happened one time before, so when I ordered the items over the phone, I made sure to repeat my order twice. They wasted my time, and never once did they apologize. Once I got home and began to eat, I realized that they had actually changed the WRONG item. They changed the Tomato (which I ordered!) to the House Special, and the Hot & Spicy still remained in the bag. The most frustrating part was when I called to tell them about the situation. First, they didn't admit to their mistake, saying that I was mistaken. I've tried their Tomato soup multiple times, so I knew for a fact that they did, indeed, mess up on my order.
