It was a terrible experience being here today. I chose 12 items and spent over $1000. But what I get is unfair service, because I choose too many things and put them at the checkout first. Later, I went to choose my underwear and prepared to pay, but the staff saw that I was waiting for payment and still did not come to help me, but told me that she had to help the other two customers who arrived after me first. What made me most angry was that I asked for a military discount and the cashier gave me a dirty look! I think it's absolutely racist! I'm here to consume. Do consumers deserve a bad attitude????

Ah, Lululemon, where the customer service is so extraordinary that it can only be described as out-of-this-world! When I walked in as a veteran customer, I didn't realize I had signed up for a guided tour of their own brand of racism, complete with a dash of superior complex. How lucky I was!The employees, with their remarkable ability to exude condescension, followed me around as if I was the prime suspect in a leggings heist. It was truly a masterclass in making someone feel like a common criminal for daring to enter their sacred store. Every step I took was shadowed by the vigilant Lululemon guardians, ensuring that I didn't abscond with a pair of yoga pants without paying the yoga pants tax.But of course, their vigilant eyes weren't focused on the door to prevent shoplifting; they were fixated on me because clearly, I was the real threat to society. Who knew that shopping for activewear could be such a thrilling game of cat and mouse?In conclusion, my visit to Lululemon was a one-of-a-kind experience that I will cherish forever. Their unique blend of racism, condescension, and an unshakable belief in their own superiority left me absolutely breathless. I can't wait to go back for another exhilarating shopping trip and relive the adventure!

Unpleasant experience with trying to pick up hemmed clothing. They lost it and would not admit it. I felt like they were accusing me of lying even though I showed them the emails that they have not been picked up. Literally email reminders to pick up the clothes. Manager "A" Was rude and condescending instead of trying to make it right. I also feel was a bit racist and discriminating. Would avoid this LuLu.

The customer service here is unbelievably horrible. Some of the employees have a stick up their rear and make it hard for some women to shop there, return items or even get them to honor their guarantee. They act as though the end decision is going to end their Lululemon career. Rather than having your customers come back to exchange something due to lack of supplies make sure your store is well prepared and stocked.

Please read, I'm writing to everyone regarding a shocking and unfortunate racial discrimination incident and unfair treatment during my Lululemon store with a young white women sales.Firstly, allow me to briefly provide you with some context of the accident.I have very goal-oriented to buying a white hoodie today. This hoodie is the only one on the shelf, but this hoodie neckline is a bit dirty. After that, I want to look for staff help to change a new one.Me: Can you check if you have a new one of this hoodie?Staff: is there any problem? It's all the same!Me: there is some stain near the neckStaff:(keep silence............no answer)Me:(repeat) this part looks a little bit dirtyStaff: I'll checkHowever, she went to help other two customers, the first customer is an Asian girl like me, this staff still kept a poker face, this girl is asking this legging if other size is available, she didn't even use her device to check if the size still available or not, directly said: it's all sold out. Then, she turn to help another white lady with great attitude and smiling. (while I was standing there and wait for her) Afterwards, she finishing to help those costumers; she went to the back for few seconds and gave me a new one. And said, they are all from the factory and I don't think it's "clean" (quotes finger) and you are going to wash, anyway.1) Standing at customers point of view, I think I may ask you to find a new one for me.2) I knew all the hoodie are the same, therefore, Is it preventing me from getting a new one? Even the hoodie has a stain on it?3)Terrible attitude, misbehavior.4) Problem as employees to say their products are not "clean".5) It's my business to decide to wash or not. You don't need to taunt me after giving me.6) Enthusiastic when geeting other customers, expect Asian people.7) Greeting is one of the basic functions of communication but this young white women sales does not have this basic ability, from start to checkout.From the experience I had post incident with the store management, racism and bad attitude should not be tolerated at any Lululemon store.
