You will need to return your dirty dishes and tray after you are done.ORDERED: Curry Nikutama. I wanted the extra spice on the side, but they forgot it (maybe next time!). Bowls come in Regular and Large. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't blow my mind.SERVICE: The people here looked like they didn't want to be here. I love marugame but we went this weekend and it was a bit of a let down. My girlfriend and i always go and our favorite thing to eat there was the shrimp tempura. This time all the shrimp tempura were all shrunken to the size of my pinky. Before it was a considerable size so we were left disappointed. Might go back again just to check if maybe it was just one batch

Great place for udon or Asian food lover!I think their broth and noodles taste pretty authentic! ?The vibe is great, the seatings are nice and clean. It is also in the mall, so definitely a good place for people to hang out!The staff are very nice as well!!❤️

Had a great lunch here! The perfect distance and speed for the fun box. Good portion sizes, fresh noodles, a selection of toppings and extras. Signed up for ten free noodle points in the app and earned a free tempura for my next visit, exactly the kinds of rewards program I like! The broth on the noodles got thick and the noodles seemed to get overcooked with time. The flavor was there and I liked the spicyness. I just did not like the broth getting to thick. Over all the food was OK, but would not go back. There are better noodle places for less the cost. One more thing check your receipts, they tend to make mistakes and overcharge or charge for items you don't actually purchase. It was not much. But that is not the point.

Very easy to order online! Pick up and communication was smooth as well! Ordered the tonkotsu, curry nikutama, shrimp tempura, potato croquettes, and big chicken katsu. I recommend the shrimp tempura and potato croquettes! Tonkotsu and curry udon is up to your preference of what you like ☺️

The taste is okay, but I think the soup is not hot enough. If a boy wants to eat a full meal, it will cost at least about 30 yuan.

First time eating at this location and I order nikutama udon and curry nikutama udon. The nikutama udon is not as good as curry nikutama udon. The curry nikutama udon is pretty similar with the one in Hawaii. I always love their shrimp and chicken tempura. This restaurant located outside the food court area. The udon served hot and fresh. The line moving fast and the restaurant is clean. We have to find our table by ourselves and all condiments including water are available on the side.

This place fairly decent and a good option for fast dining. It's a largely self-service restaurant. The place is relatively clean, except for the tray return area where there is quite a bit of food debris splashed around the area. The line tends to build up because of the bottleneck around the udon ordering area. I had to repeat my order four times for the staff to hear correctly, probably because it was so loud. Otherwise, things move relatively quickly. The BK udon option is pretty good for those preferring a flavorful udon that, at the same time, isn't too heavy. The chicken katsu curry bowl isn't bad at all. They do have a tempura/croquette bar that isn't shown on the menu. Overall, I recommend this as a quick and easy dining option.
