Couldn't eat here ... due to the fact that it said on Google maps & site that the dining room closed at 10 PM.And I got there at nine p m, and the door says it's hours are 6am to 7 pm!It is not Covid times anymore, so why are their hours the same as 2020?!!???

Very rude, couldn't figure out how to charge me for a shot of espresso. If you don't want to help people and you can't take orders properly just go home. They keep charging more and offering less. We have so many options, we should all stop going to these places so something better can take their place.

The service here sucks. Full stop.Listen, I wouldn't be happy working at McDonald's either, but at least leave the attitude and hate at the door when you walk in as an employee.From management to the folks with the easy job of taking an order, this place is one of the worst. These people will treat you like garbage or their worst enemy.

A week and a half ago I had a bad experience at this McDonalds early morning mid week. I sat at the speaker in a seemingly empty drive thru line at 5:15am and waited about 10 seconds and no one greeted me so I said "hello" in a mild tone and received a "give me a minute!" In a harsh impatient tone from a woman's voice. It was disappointing, a rude attitude is not what I wanted before I ordered my breakfast and after waiting 10 more seconds and processing the attitude I received I decided to drive away instead. Ruined my mood for breakfast at this location. I understand people have bad days but it soured my opinion of this location which was my favorite on my route. Today I decided to stop by again early this morning and I was greeted very politely by a young man. He got my order correct and was extremely polite which I found rare these days. At the window I continued to receive the very kind polite service. So much so I was compelled to write this positive review. Usually people only remember the bad stuff that happens and forget the good but a young man named Morry today redeemed this location in my eyes. Manners are hard to find these days and this young man even bowed when I asked his name so I could write a good review. Looking forward to being greeted by him again on my commute to work. His professionalism has me convinced he will own his own McDonald's one day. That's the level of detail and professionalism he brought that is extremely rare at a McDonald's drive thru. Great job to his manager too for hiring him and using his talents where it was badly needed most! Thx again Morry!
