Overall the food was good and service was great from our server Amy but at the end the girl that took our check was very rude.My girlfriend and I were just asking a question about if there was a chance of getting another round of ice cream after our meals but the girl that took our check, named Grace, was very rude and told us that we needed to leave because a big party just came in. The way she announced it to us was very demeaning and disrespectful. Grace really made us feel unwelcomed and just ruined the rest of the meal for us. There needs to be more professionalism from Grace and more training on how to properly communicate with customers. We will not be coming back to this restaurant due to this fact.

not much food selection, for hot pot, sauce is very important, and they don't have much choices. meat is good. but pork seems not fresh, got smell. Beef selection is good. 18% service charge for buffet seems high, I guess it is another way to increase menu price of $35. strongly suggest other hot pot place instead of this place.

Food: GoodPortions: SmallPrice: fairService: Lagging, only come when askedAtmosphere: Simple Hotpot designAccommodations: Very littlePros: the meats are fresh and soft cut into thin slices. The curry is very good. I love curry.Con: basically almost no sauce kiosk. No soy sauce or ponsu sauce at kiosk. You have to ask for itThe selection cart is very small. Only a few veggie choices and 2 types of meat balls. Very small selection.Service are not great. Waiters only come when ask. Soups are almost dry, no one take the initiative to ask for refills.Meats are fresh, but very small portions, 4 slices in 1 tray. It's all your can eat, but still small portions. We ordered almost 50 trays.I have to say, I'm not a fans of this place. My 1st time in this place for my nephew's birthday. It was his choice. As a hotpot restaurant, this is poor in my opinion with a very small vegetable station. There are many other places much better with much larger selection and better service.

This was my 3rd time here and I have never been disappointed. The service is great and the meat always comes very quick! Self serve veggies and drinks is a plus! Best value for AYCE and will definitely be coming back.

Service was a little slower than usual tonight. It took a while to receive refills on our meats each time. It also took a bit to receive our ice cream as well. I hope it gets better the next time we dine at momo. This is our fave Shabu spot and would really be disappointed if we have to stop dining here.

The food is great! All the meat we chose was delicious and there was a good selection of vegetables. The sauce enhanced the pot. The servers came around at the right moments and we were able to order lots of food. However, you could probably do without the drinks. It was kind of mid. When we came there were a lot of children and parents.

Great all you can eat Japanese restaurant for shabu shabu style

The area we take ingredients for shabu shabu is very small and very busy. There was no plate so had to wait for a long time. Drink bar was okay but there are a lot of empty item. The meat quality was good.

by far my favorite place to get hot pot! i've come here for multiple occasions with my boyfriend's family and we love it every time. the service, food, and drinks are always amazing. this was our first time making a reservation and they were very understanding and punctual about it. we were late due to some traffic but they understood and said they have a policy that holds our reservation for an x amount of time. which i greatly appreciate and is an amazing policy. our favorite soup base is sukiyaki, literally it's so sweet and savory but, over time it does get salty depending on what types of meat and add ons you put throughout your stay. but, regardless we love it! they do have the option of crystal boba and coffee jelly toppings to add into your teas. which always hits, as well as, their melon soda. LOVE IT! but, do be wary when getting seated in the corner. it's hard to get the attention of a server whenever you want more ayce meat. besides that, we love eating here. it's become our favorite spot.
