Great food, great service - we were attended to quite often and our every need was met. The music was a little loud, but if that’s your thing, this is the place for you.

A must-have for winter! The pork belly and chicken soup is really delicious and the price-performance ratio is good. The snail noodles are not too spicy/salty, the soup is very fresh, but there is no meat.

The restaurant is nice and cozy. Had great friendly service. Food was good. Price was reasonable for the sets.

This place is good but they just did not have the right spicy dipping sauce like the one in Arcadia. My girlfriend loves it here so I will be back. At least it is a good spot to go back too.

It was very dirty, the tables, chairs, and spoons were all dirty, and even the iPad used to order was stained with oil. There was no waiter when the door opened in the morning, and there was no service at all. There were only two uncles working in the kitchen. The taste is no different from the bagged version. I won’t go there again.

The ambiance and decor are too cute-resembles Taiwan lavender field cottages. Super cute signs and sayings on the walls. Color scheme perfect. Bathroom decent. Service and staff nice. You can go and fill your own sauces. Seats or booths are spacious. However the overall square footage is super duper small. Street entrance with back parking. Menu has rice noodle and hotpot variety. Prices run a little steep considering the portions. There are only a few strips of meat per plate but there are huge fat portions that swallow up the lean portion! Veggies are only a few leaves but you're charged more than one veggie bundle at Chinese market! Hotpot choices are a little lacking too. Soup bases taste good though. So would give four stars if not for the limited menu and food portions.

Family and I walked in, it was empty except for two people sitting in a far desk talking to each other. I thought they were customers at first so I didn't pay much attention to them. Waited for a bit until we decided to poke our head in the kitchen and get the staff's attention. He yelled at the other guy at the table for something, forgot what and then realized it was staff too. The two staff talking at the table didn't even know we were here. Anyway... You order from a tablet and it has English and Chinese. Small selection of items, but I thought most of the portions were decent. Big plate of bean thread noodles and the thick noodles. The napa cabbage weren't cut into smaller pieces and I had to break them up into small pieces by hand. They really should cut them into quarters at least because each leaf was too big. Beef slices could be cut into smaller slices too. Bone broth soup was good.I ordered spinach as well and after about five or ten mins of already eating, they told us they ran out of spinach. Like really? The staff talking to each other could've gone out to buy some at least, but no they were busy talking and doing their online math homework instead to bother helping. This isn't a college study and homework session place. The beef balls and cheese fish balls were too small portion. Booth seat was not as comfortable. Back rest too far from table and you kind of just slide off the edge. The service honestly kind of killed the experience. This place also offers noodle dishes and half grill and half hot pot option. There is also a sauce bar. The "sand tea" sauce made me chuckle. It's supposed to be Taiwanese shacha/satay sauce. This place was more Chinese than Taiwanese.

May 2023 - No wait for a party of 3 around 5pm on a Friday.Food/Pricing - The meat was great quality but everything else was just okay. There were missing pictures from about half of the self ordering menu and no descriptions. The 'Green Vegetables' came in an oily sauce and fully cooked. The hotpot noodles were smaller than anticipated.Service/Ambiance - The sauce containers and some plates weren't cleaned well. Some sauces and condiments were completely mislabeled. Service was lukewarm and a little slow. It's a fairly new place so they're probably still figuring things out.Parking - There's a small parking lot in the back and street parking.

Came here to try the liuzhou rice noodles so this review is limited to that, not their hotpot items. The noodle was tasty, especially with the chili oil, although some might not think it's the most authentic version. There are plenty of toppings and the bowl was quite filling.I like my noodle soup steaming hot and thought it could be improved a bit. They do have an induction stove on the table for hotpot and keeping your bowl warm. I just didn't want to wait while the noodle is soaking in the soup already. An an entry level 螺蛳粉 fan, it was still a very decent lunch.

Nice cozy family owned restaurant. They have different food selections aside from hotpot. I would recommend their specialty "Liu-Zhou” screw vermicelli. They also have great to-go lunch menu, spicy rice noodles is one of their most popular orders. This spot is a gem for foodies!! I would tell everyone to give it a try especially on the days you don't want to wait in line. Customer service is friendly and usually let you enjoy your meal with minimal interruption.

Very good broth and good food. Although it is pricier than AYCE hot pot - it was much quieter, quaint, and the broth was especially delicious (the mild-spicy is perfectly spicy!). Had the ribeye, pork belly, veggies, quail eggs, and a few other sides ... I enjoyed the sauces out on the side and the free milk tea they give you instead of water... hehe... I did feel like I spent more than I would have liked, but I also didn't leave feeling bloated, but full and satisfied. I would definitely come here again... These people are trying to get their business going and they are working on their customer service, it's clear.
