The medium steak I ordered came in medium well to well and nearly black on the outside. This from a place supposedly specializing in steaks. I take family to a seafood restraunt that has exactly 2 non seafood dishes, both steaks. They always come out perfect.As a generalization, having given up on the overly greasy Blooming Onion, I fail to see why they have so many offerings with the same poorly seasoned, greasy coating. It's like doubling down on a pair of threes. I also ordered the spicy clicker appetizer. First off, it's not really spicy, excerpt possibly to someone used to bland English food. This is bad enough but the flavor reminded me of straight Tobasco just not so hot. Thoroughly disappointing. Thankfully my dog eats anything.And they actually have Fosters beer on tap. Any Australian native will tell you they don't drink that swill. And to add insult to injury they still serve Bud Light. Ended up having to order Mexican beer. If I'm still breathing in 10 years I'll probably make another mistake and try again. But I hope not.
We always receive excellent service from Sydney. She is very friendly and knows our favorite items. The food is consistently delicious. Our lunch experience is very enjoyable

I cook my own food...usually fish. Every now and then I will go out for steak...usually to Outback specifically for a filet mignon. The last two experiences have not been great...previously, medium well was served very well done. Last Sunday it looked, felt, and tasted tasteless like it was just thrown in a microwave! Time to break this habit.

I'm still disappointed that the Rack of Lamb is no longer available. That is a big reason I don't go there nearly as often as I used to.The service was a mixed bag. We were seated in a booth in the bar area, and throughout the time we were there, multiple employees came by asking us questions that others had already asked us. I understand they were trying to be attentive, but it was so repetitive that it became annoying.Also, when I ordered, I asked that my baked potato be on a separate plate. It did not come on a separate plate, and I had to ask for one. I also asked for two butters and two sour creams, and they only brought one of each. I know our server wrote down all of what I had asked for, but the other employees who actually brought the items didn't follow those directions. The food itself was excellent, though.
I had a great experience dining in during the dinner service. As well as my experience at the Bartop after my seating change post meal. Service was efficient, friendly, and accurate to my specific requests. Definitely will be back!

We went to Outback Steakhouse for Valentine's Day and it was a great evening. The wait was a reasonable 20 minutes. The service was very good. Our appetizer of Ahi Tuna was so tasty! My French Onion Soup was delicious, as was my steak/shrimp pasta. My husband's salmon was cooked perfectly.
