Ordered two pizzas costing $48.84. The pizza was dry. Barely any amount of tomato sauce and cheese. When the order was picked up, I asked for granulated cheese and pepper flakes. Was told that we would have to pay extra for those condiments. We shall look to their competitors moving forward.

Picked up a large pepperoni thin crust, for $23 it was dry, over cooked and we felt we were eating cardboard. Im thinking it was re heated and therefore dry, not sure what happened there. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I'll pay few more $$and get a quality pizza with better ingredients.

Update. I received a call from Pizza Hut. The gentleman was apologetic and offered a credit to retry an order with them again. We will take them up on the offer and give it another try.

I love coming to this Pizza Hut. The manager Juan is amazing and does a great job. He finished my order in under 15 minutes as he promised.

Arcadia Pizza Hut located on Foothill in the same shopping Plaza as McDonald's and Dollar Tree, I ordered online and when i arrived I could see as I walked in on the TV screen the status of my pizza, The pizza was delicious and ready upon arrival,. I was greeted within seconds of my walking in by a Pizza Hut employee, For pricing and menu options visit the pizza hut website, Might be the time I went it was late evening but the floor was a tad bit slippery , Curbside drive up and go service is also available.
Worst pizza I ever had. The topping was okay but the crust was soggy and undercooked making it almost inedible. I will never go there again.

Not a fan of how they’re changing up their wings. Making them breaded makes them soggy and unappealing. I hope this isn’t something being rolled out everywhere. Might have to stop going to this location and try others.

This is my usual pizza hut location. I recently ordered from a different pizza hut in Pasadena which was not so great. The manager here read my unfavorable review of the Pasadena loacation and reached out to me, ensuring their desire to reach a high standard. He compensating me and was very nice. I'll happily order from this location again!

So I ordered the New York pizza that is advertised as a crispy pizza. It came soggy and nasty was not cooked in the center of the pizza, I called the store and they refused to do anything about it... I threw it away and ordered papa John's..GARBAGE
