The food was fine, they gave me only 3 pieces of beef, when I told them I didn’t want chicken or pork. The service was horrible! This place was great prior to Covid, when we can self-serve, not anymore. Never coming back again.

Was great, now it's 16 bucks for a basic bowl and they give you 4 slices of meat and barely any noodles. 2nd time in a row. Think I'll try something else. Love Mongolian

Food and Service is great. This place is in the Mall, so I can get a little wide on weekends.Vegetarian options: Everything is cooked with the meat, so if you are a strict vegetarian, be careful. However, if you don't mind, you can order only vegetables and noodles.

Pleasantly surprised! I usually avoid mall Mongolian and I hated trying to cram whatever I could into a single dish, so the new format where they fill the bowls for you was a game changer. Not quite the same as the AYCE places where you can serve yourself and customize, but in a pinch, this Red Iron hit the spot.Service was really great. Served up whatever I asked for and kept asking if I wanted more. I also mentioned that I didn’t want noodles and would love extra veggies, which they accommodated with a full extra bowl in place of the bowl of noodles.Flavor wise, it was just ok. Would have loved adding my own sauces, but it was as much me not being familiar with the flavors, so not solely on Red Iron here.Quality wise, the beef was a bit chewy, but pork was good.Overall, I would definitely return when at the mall and craving Mongolian. Especially for the service and how they accommodated our orders.Would I pick them over a stand alone AYCE Mongolian favorite? Probably not, but definitely would go again after some shopping at the mall.

Food is good overall but the hot chili toppings have pieces of rocks in them which would make anyone lose appetite. This is very unfortunate given everything else is pretty good. I think they need to do some quality control on the suppliers and make improvement in that department.
It was so good my soul ascended to god and spiritually high-fived him. It was a perfect exquisite experience of flavors that opened my eyes to a godly cuisine worthy of many awards. Would definitely get again.

The food is what you make, so make sure to ask for lots of veggies and sauces. Do not hesitate to ask for more, it is free of charge. Over all they give a decent amount of meat and noodles and you can stock pile veggies and sauces to make it scrumptious. Food is done in maybe 5 minutes so not a bad wait either. Ignore reviews saying flavor or portion is bad, they just didn't build a great bowl for themselves.

This place was not very good. Didn't like how the food came out and everything tasted bland. Some of it was good but most wasn't. Might come back again just to give this place another chance but for now it is a 2 star for me.
