During the Dragon Boat Festival, I had lunch with my sisters and ordered grilled cod. It tasted good, delicious, and not very spicy.

Sichuan Kungfu Fish is located in the city of Arcadia outside of the Santa Anita Mall which is very close to the Macys building and the parking lot. This was my first time going to this restaurant and had lunch here with a few friends. So all of us sat down and looked over what to order. We decided we should try their spicy frog dish. It was one of my friend's favorite. Overall this dish was tasty and you really couldn't tell it was a frog! The bottom of the pot also had different vegetables and things so try to get to the bottom! We also ordered a plate of spicy crawfish that was delicious as well. Overall the two dishes that we ordered have a nice spicy kick to them and we almost completely finished both of the dishes! If you haven't ever had frog before why don't you give it a try and see if you enjoy it as much as we did! Just a little tip the food does take a while to prepare because I think they only make it when a person orders it.

A good friend took us here for a late lunch. Saw that they had plenty of spicy dishes on the menu. They were kind enough to lessen the spice for those in our party who couldn't handle it. Ordered the Squirrel Fish with sauce and Udon! It was awesome! Also tried their Chicken and Grandma's Pastry! For dessert we had something served hot. It is was a Sesame rice ball in fermented sticky rice with egg (a friend tried to explain what it was) WOW...nothing i've ever had before but it was good. Will definitely come back and try other dishes. I saw a couple who ordered a tower of frogs legs. Maybe that's next on my list! And by the way, get the Plum juice to drink!

Overall was really good, a lot of flavor. The portion for the fish dishes were actually kind of small, it isn't looks big. Only half the fish is given to you. The pig feet was really sad and underwhelming. The chicken with chili sauce was really good though. The best thing was the frog legs, it's a must try and must order. We ordered a lot of food for around 12 people, and overall all of us were satisfied. The portions were a little underwhelming ( the plates made it look big but it was just elevated for plating) But the flavors are definitely a hit. A must try after a long day in santa anita mall.

The price does not match the menu, and they don't tell you until when you get the check. 32.99 fish was 39.993. They don't accept credit card payment, which they don't tell you until you get the check. They only accept cash, Paylpal, or Zelle.4. Horrible customer service; I could not get a simple water refill.

Superb place. Spicy food and good portion. Also very savory. The udon was fairly spicy and made my tongue numb. Also the aorta one is spicy plus sour which is quite right. Also the fish, the main and the protagonist of the dish, is definitely something to try. Would go again
