Snowfox lives in the Westfield Santa Anita food court. I ordered a Salmon Rice Bowl (donburi) online through Yelp and picked it up. The photo showed a bowl of rice, with slices of salmon, and ikura, nestled in a shiso leaf. What I actually received was salmon, slices of avocado, and takuan pickled radish. I felt the ikura swap was a bait and switch. Also, the salmon got partially cooked sitting on the hot rice so it was no longer raw sushi. The rice itself was nicely seasoned and the portion of salmon was solid.

Love this spot in the mall!! I was in the Arcadia area and Snowfox has some pretty good (& affordable) rice bowls here. I always get the Chashu Bowl. They do take some time to prepare the food but you can see them working hard & carefully to make sure the presentation & quality are equally as good to each other. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fulfilling but not too pricey food spot in the mall.

I ordered the Tsukemen Ramen and it was very underwhelming. The dipping broth was not a concentrated and deep broth as a Tsukeman Ramen broth should be and it was also an off-putting greenish-grey color. The charsiu was also very bland and almost flavorless. I'd only order from this place again if I was at the mall and was REALLY craving ramen. Otherwise, try someplace else.

First time to try Snowfox. Four stars because while their chashu bowl is one of the best I've ever had, I'm a ramen person and I ordered their donkotsu and It was not a big hit for me. But I would go back for the chashu bowl

Idk what happened but after reopen they constantly change their menu so whenever i visit here to have what was my favorite food, it's gone. I really liked their korean style food like pop chicken and donkatsu plate or recently, tendon, which i had week ago, it's not there anymore and they are serving Ramen which I can find many other good places. I don't think I will ever come here for just a Ramen. So sad that I lost my fav food from Snowfox.

Popcorn is so yummy, its not the traditional popcorn chicken from boba shops it's more like boneless kfc. The small serving is a good snacking size for two people. Chicken comes out juicy tender and crispy. Ooh and the sauce wow it's drench in sauce and it doesn't feel oily or heavy. Best of all you can add toppings so fun and easy to eat ! Wait time for chicken isn't long either less than 5 minutes. I like to get the spicy popcorn chicken with all toppings minus fried onions and the house special dipping sauce. Would recommend

This place is the best !!! They are killing it with the excellent customer service. Something went wrong with their computer system and I was charge twice. The manager and owner reached out to me and offered me a full refund and apologized for the my inconvenience. Love this place. Thanks Snowfox.

Great sushi spot with a variety of rolls! They also have ramen noodles witch they make for you on the spot, it's sooo yummy definitely recommend!

If you're looking for some feel good comfort food in the mall this is the place for you. I highly recommend the soy garlic chicken with a side of rice. If you've had korean fried chicken before it's the sammme thing minus the bones. It takes about 10 mins to cook but it's well worth it. Quick tipp -- sushi's are 50% off an hour before closing time. There are two snow fox locations at the mall. One in the food court & one located by bath & body works. You'll have more sushi variety at the bath & body works location.

We usually visit Snowfox at the end of the day (about 1-2 hours before closing time). That's when all of the day's sushi are sold at 50% discount off the regular price. Their sushi is very good quality with daily fresh ingredients. They do not sell yesterday's sushi and rather sell it at discount than waste it. We have tried their California Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Rainbow Roll and the Dragon Shrimp Roll. All were good and we look forward to going again next time we are at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. They are located on the 1st floor near the center of the shopping center where the large atrium is located.

Overpriced and undercooked. Left feeling sick. Did not have any pop chicken. Ordered curry chicken. They ran out of curry chicken and replaced with Katsu chicken but didn't tell us.
