Best popcorn chicken in town for less than $7

This place is a gem. They have very affordable lunch sets, snacks and drinks. It is next to a 99 cents store so there's ample amount of parking. The only negative is that it's one of those restaurants that tries to avoid paying taxes to the government so they only accept cash and Zelle payments.

Below was my review years ago. Now my oldest is 18. Ever since the first visit, we have been returned customers, always receiving enjoyable drinks and food. 《Always pass by, never thought to try. Last night was the first time to try their menu (seems to be Taiwanese) with my 2 soon-to-be teen kids. Dishes and drinks we ordered:Pork chop rice - its boneless, thin sliced dropped in braised sauce, not the usual greasy fried breaded chop》Beef noodle - it's a bit spicy and sweetness."

Best quality natural tasting Boba for sure! They use 100% pure Longang fruit honey and brown sure to sweeten their bobas, unlike others using bleached sugar or fructose syrup. I love the texture of their bobas ~ they are big and plumped , taste so natural and not plastic-like at all. I have been coming here for over 10 years and so happy they are close to my place . I always order the Honey green tea latte with boba ~ So good!

Parking: Spiceology is lcoated in the plaza with the 99 Cents Store. The parking lot gets a bit crowded during lunch time since there are a couple of other small restaurants in the plaza.Interior/Exterior: There is no seating since it is takeout only.Service: The food is usually done by the time I place my order and drive over (15 minutes). The employees are nice but sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed.Food: The food comes in a decent sized portion and is very cheap and affordable. I usually order it when I want to grab a quick lunch. I usually get one of the bento boxes. The popcorn chicken bento is probably my favorite one from here.

My boyfriend was craving shaved ice in the area, and I was trying to find somewhere cheaper than Sul & Beans. The mango snow was so good! It's not shaved ice (water) with mango syrup, it's like a whole block of mango cream?? ice that's shaved down so all the snow is mango! Condensed milk drizzled on top and so many mangos on the side to top your snow with. I was so hungry I ate half of it before I realized I didn't take a picture, but for the price and size, this was such a good deal, I'm excited to come back and try a different flavor This place is cash or Zelle only!!

Great price great food and great quality, this restaurant is by far the best Asian restaurant I’ve been to, ever since I found this restaurant online I become addicted to this location, i ignored every restaurant closest by and I rather drove 20 mins to come here just to enjoy their quality of the foods and service

There was no wait at 3 PM on a Friday. We got their bento boxes! Very cheap and affordable prices. There's so much variety to order from. They take cash only so be aware of that! Each bento box comes with green beans, cucumbers, tomato eggs, and corn! Service was very quick and fast. Excited to come again and try more stuff!Pork chop rice - 9/10Stewed pork belly rice - 7.5/10

Food was delicious. Not many tables open, probably bc not enough staff. Only 2 ppl working. Snowy shaved ice was really good. Only$8 for a big one. Much better deal than Meet Fresh.

I come here with my sister to get the shaved ice. It's very soft and delicious. The rice balls are also so good and chewy. Can take a while sometimes, but it's usually worth it as it gives us time to catch up.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Mango Set Snow which comes with mango flavored ice, mango, rice ball, and condensed milk. Loved the texture of the snow since it is fluffier and smoother than shaved ice. They had the toppings on the side with condensed milk so it was a bit difficult to get the additional condensed milk onto the snow... Wish there was a bit more rice balls but yummy dessert overallAmbience: 3/5 - half empty shop with a huge section blocked off. The tables were sticky and the furniture looks worn. Not the restaurant‘s fault but lots of screaming high school kids so not too fun of an environment to be in (I feel so old just writing that…)Service: 4/5 - they were slammed with coming out with orders so while there was no one in front of us, we did have to wait a bit. The poor cashier was on a crutch and trying to move around and work one handed. It took about 25 minutes to get the foodValue for price: 4/5 - a bit pricey for such a simple dessert with minimal toppings. Would consider again should the craving hit but definitely considering option for takeout
