This is by far the worst Starbucks that I've been to. Waited 15 minutes in line without getting any service or acknowledgement so I just left. They only had one person working so I could understand that they were busy but I got nothing from them. First and last time visiting this location. Don't waste your time!

They are so rude. Starbucker worker didn't want to help me with Wi-Fi issue. They just stand there doing nothing. Maybe talk crap about me. It's use to be best over here but I guess all previous employee left now it's become new employee is crap. I'm probably never coming here again beside new price of coffee is ridiculous

Every time I go the drinks are not all the way full and doesn't taste like anything. Today I got a matcha latte and i didn't taste any of the matcha tasted like drinking milk and even had to spend 5 dollars on it

Do not go when u see a short girl with glasses working i think her name is Jessica she always gets our drinks wrong!!!! And takes her 20 minutes to make 2 simple drinks she don't seem to understand what light water and light ice is i understand mistakes happen but every time we go she always messes up our order and she has to remake them it's so d******

Probably one of the nicest places to order your Starbucks beverages from. Don't get me wrong, Starbucks employees are usually nice, but this particular location seems to be more "home-y." They're always so sweet and never annoyed by super customized drink orders.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and drive through only. It does not have any outdoor seating available with limited capacity at the moment. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot here is massive. This establishment is located inside Vons. Since there is a supermarket here, there are plenty of parking spots. Drink: I got myself a Venti hot caramel latte. It was just perfect for me. Loved it. It wasn't too sweet nor was it too bitter. Staff: Everyone here is super speedy, nice, and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Long waits because of highschoolers ordering endless specialty drinks puts coffee drinkers second always. They put fountain drinks and app orders ahead of the customer standing there. Ugh! I walk in go right to the register to order and end up waiting 15 minutes anyway. The Starbucks app has not worked for months and cheating me out of points. Who has time to call these people with receipt numbers to rectify this??!! And every time the employee at the register pretends that it never happens and tells me I should reload. Duh! Like I haven't already done that half a dozen times. Not my job to make their app or company work better. They have enough of our money and should treat their customers with more respect. I really hate going to Starbucks and really wish they would get a decent coffee shop in this mall.
