1) Always rude and/or mean. 2) Always Unfresh. They don't take out the bad parts, just mix 'em up.3) Bread is stiff and thin as paper and other ingredients pitiful amount.4) Long lines.5) No restroom.6) NEVER gives me the mayo packet. EVER.7) Always forgets something.8) Almost never honors coupon, they always point out a technicality.

What's up: Dinner time and we wanted to grab a Subway sandwich. We placed our order ahead of time using the app. Parking: Located at the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center, parking is plentiful and shared with nearby businesses. Environment: On our way over, we got a call and were told they ran out of the bread that we wanted. Noooo! But ok, fine, we choose another bread, no biggie :) At least it was nice of them to call us to ask for another choice. We arrived and had a short wait before we picked up our order. Restrooms are located towards the back. The place was well lit and there's a handful of tables and chairs available for indoor seating. What was ordered:- Black Forest Ham (yum)Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Sandwich was good and more or less what was expected. Staff members were friendly. Credit cards are accepted.

VIRTUOUS ONE

Sarah!!! One of the store Managers is Not !!! Welcoming on multiple visits and purchases. She has shown biases on who she decides to be friendly towards!!! Not good business ethics when you are spending money in this establishment for a sandwich meal on many occasions. Just because!!! she has been an employee for quite a while at this location, does not!!! mean she has appropriate customers service skills. Furthermore, this manager Sarah, very tacky, has actually gossiped about customers while they are present. Not a good nor professional example of a good customer experience. Too bad you cannot contact corporate. This is a franchise store.

By far the worst subway service in my history of going there. This lady name Faboni was just terrible. She was so rude and almost trying to asking for fight. I need to talk to store manager about this. It's just terrible. Never had this type of experience in subway. I will take strong action for it. Please do no go this subway. Service is also slow you don't want your day get ruined. If anybody know how to contact manager here or subway as a whole please let me know. I have been calling but nobody pick up. Nowadays nobody pick up phone at restaurants.For the update. At least store manager contacted me and discuss about problem. Thank you for that.

They Always close earlier than what they're supposed too. The guy literally saw me at the door and knowing damn well it was not 9 yet and it wasn't even close to 9. What a jerk.

I like Subway sandwiches. I know every location has pros and cons. Like this one has rude servers and stale veggies. They NEVER say hello or goodbye, NEVER. I've been here a few times and thought today was the last straw when the lady had to raise her voice and be so adamantly rude and demand what sandwich I wanted even though I said I wanted American Cheese first, nope she wouldn't budge. I also told her TWICE I wanted chocolate chip cookies and she didn't include those, but didn't charge me. I'm not coming back to ANY Arcadia subways again! Plus $10 per subway WTH? Prices doubled but not my salary!

CAUTION!!!THE SANDWICH MAKERS DON'T!!! PROPERLY WASH!!! THEIR HANDS ✋️ PRIOR TO TOUCHING THE GLOVES THAT TOUCH YOUR ORDER!!! I HAVE WATCHED AT LEAST 2 EMPLOYEES! UNSANITARY!! ESPECIALLY IN THESE CURRENT TIMES. ADDITIONALLY, THEY ARE NOT!!! VERY WELCOMING WHEN YOU WALK IN. YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET A DRY!!! BARELY A GREETING. PARTICULARLY THE EVENING CREW. YES THEY WALK OVER TO THE SINK TURN THE WATER ON BUT I HAVE SEEN THEM NOT ACTUALLY REALLY WASH THEIR HANDS!!! I GET SUBWAY ISN'T THE EXCITING PLACE TO WORK. BUTWHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE THAT'S GIVING OFF AN UNWELCOME VIBE ? BOTH UNSANITARY AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY! TOO BAD YOU CAN'TGIVE ZERO STARS.

Interesting reviews here. But I will start with Carlos who prepared my two foot longs. I was going to enjoy Tofu House yesterday but they are closed on Tuesdays. So my brother suggested anywhere and he mentioned Subway. And, I just saw a commercial about using the app to get a 2 4 1 deal. I downloaded the app, added a payment method and waited for my order. This place gets busy and that's a good thing. More turnover the better. So I see Carlos making about 10 foot longs that didn't look like mine and then he said to a customer very kindly, I will be right with you after I get this app order. I then ask if it was for me, and then I patiently waited. Carlos took care of a large group of every kind of people - young old fit not fit employed etc. He did a wonderful job. Very kind and very efficient. What more do you want from a team member. He gave me my two subs and two water cups and my brother and I enjoyed the best subs I had in years. Subway always tastes the same but how it's packed, how accurate the order, the veggie portioning - makes the difference. This subway foot long was great. Both of us enjoyed our meal. I don't make my way out here often, and subway isn't usually the place of choice. But now with the app, I think it's going to be in the rotation somewhat. All because of this gentleman named Carlos.

Literally have not been able to eat subway as a franchise again after the last experience I had here. Truly save yourself and your stomachs and lowkey emotional well being bc the staff is rude too
