Possibly the best rye whiskey I've ever had! Smooth, no bite, just delicious whiskey...The husband and wife duo were so polite and stoked to be serving these delicious spirits! We will definitely be back, and the bottle of rye will need to be replenished soon!

This place has the best chicken and waffles in Northern California, and the drinks are superb. The people who run it are so sweet and fun, and they're on a first name basis with almost all their clientele. Everyone is so delighted they've opened. Not only is the food delicious, but the atmosphere is fun and elegant. It took a minute to master the QR code ordering system, but that's just an easy detail to learn. This place rocks and they have live music! Amazing!

First off they make it all here... and it's good... real good! Dedicated to quality small batch liquor distilling, thus place is a must if you are nearby. Came in on a Saturday with the South G kitchen doing a pop up dinner, we were here for the spirits, foid looked great, but the liquor surely did not disappoint. Basically According to the owners they try do 5 craft cocktails on the menu at a time, we gad the Pomegranate Wiskey Sours and they were amazing, with powdered sugar on smoked rosemary for the garnish, it was on point to be some of the better mixology I've had in Humboldt in quite a while... Fresh, modern, popping, destination, in A-town to get your drink on... thank you, and we'll done!

You have to visit!! If you like whiskey, you will LOVE all the varieties that are coming out of this place. Amy and Steve are an awesome team!! They are constantly looking to their community to see who they can support, hype up or collaborate with. They truly appreciate their community. They are both always striving to keep their products local as can be. Their care for the environment shows with countless gallons of spent mash being donated to local farms to nourish cows and hogs. When you walk in the door you are met with a smile and instantly feel like you're part of the family. Amy and Steve are amazing human beings with an incredible business that is blooming right before our eyes.

Such a beautiful space with so many little details that clearly speaks to the thoughtfulness and care of the owners. My partner and I have been to three events at Alchemy Distillery since their official opening, and all three have been wonderful! The drinks are deliciously curated (difficult to not want to try all of them) and guest chef Marisela of Cocina Mariposa was incredible in their gorgeous kitchen. I can't wait to see what they have coming for future events and pop ups. You don't want to miss an opportunity to see this space and support such an important community staple. Cheers!
