Nice people and good food but without sound suppression can get noisy. Will definitely go back.

Nori is definitely the best sushi spot around! the food is always delicious and fish tastes very fresh. Service is great, the waiters are always friendly and willing to help with sake suggestions (which they have lots to choose from) Ambiance is very nice, it feels peaceful during your meal, you also have a nice distance away from other tables so overall I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner out! The spicy edamame is delicious and our favorite appetizer!

Food subpar, service below average & ambiance like a cafeteria. The only reason I went back a second time I was with a local crowd. Both times leaves a lot to be improved on! They have a gold mine if they would only polish it.

Really not worth it considering how much better the other sushi places in town are. Sorry. The sushi rice wasn’t good? And the wasabi was tougher than clay. Maybe the fried food was better but I’m just not impressed. I appreciate their sake selection and the server was full blast

I love this place more than any of the other local sushi/Japanese restaurants around. The salmon belly sushi reminds me of Japan the most since going and everything I have eaten there was great. I can't say that about many placesKid-friendliness: They were really friendly and nice to the 3 year old in the group :)

Have been to Nori in the past and enjoyed it. Had a takeout order on 11/15 though that went awry. Our online order was missing 3 items (out of 6 total). When I went back to the restaurant, the staff informed me that one of the items was out of stock and they had marked it out online, and told me it wasn't possible for me to have ordered it. I showed them that I paid for it, and they told me a refund was not possible. Then they offered to make something of the same $ amount on the menu (which is barely anything), and I offered to order a different thing and pay the difference - they also told me this was not possible. Then they offered a refund, which I agreed to; I still have not received it.For one of the other missing items, they did remake it. For the final missing item, they told me it was likely in the same container as one of the other sushi rolls I had ordered. It wasn't. So after having gone home, back to the restaurant, picked up a missing item, then went back home, I was still missing an entire roll + have not received a refund for the out-of-stock item.I filed a problem report with Doordash's (their online order servicer) for both missing items and have not received any contact from the restaurant or DoorDash for the missing items.I unfortunately will not be going back and am out nearly $30. Bummer. Great food, but if you do get them, triple-check your order or dine in.

Really lovely spot. Service was incredible. Truly appreciate how delicious and just, nice the food was. A really great dinner for a mellow Sunday.Parking: There are several parking lots nearby and one that directly links to the business.

Very good sushi and sushimi, huge sake selection. At Nori, they encourage sake bombs.

I'm always skeptical when going to restaurants owned by this restaurateur. The quality of food has always been in question for me when I go to any of their restaurants. I'll start with the good. The ramen is probably the best in town because there is no ramen in town. The broth was good and you could really taste the pork in the broth which I appreciated. The noodles were perfectly cooked and springy. However, there were random patches of extreme saltiness within the noodles. Again, I know ramen tends to be salty at most places. One pitcher of water to drink to one bowl of ramen. The agedashi tofu was okay. It was nicely fried but the sauce was very Chinese soy sauce like. So for the unfortunate parts of the meal. Edamame was over cooked and mushy. This could be easily fixed with removing the edamame earlier. We also ordered a spicy negihama maki and this was a sad story. The hamachi was mushy as if someone had pounded it with a tenderizer, but I'm sure that's not the case. The rice was undercooked, I noticed the crunch and noticed that the rice was not sticking to one another and falling out of the maki. The roll was also poorly rolled and was not even closed on one end with the fish falling out. Then there was a random squirt of hot sauce sloppily squeezed on top of the roll. We also order the hamachi lover's combo and that was another sad story. This plate had the same issues as the spicy negihama. Mushy hamachi, undercooked riced, poorly rolled maki, and just overall unappetizing. Lastly, the ginger is more of a Chinese salty pickled type. Japanese ginger is used as a palate cleanser and the ginger at Nori did not do that. We forced ourselves to eat as much to just become physically satiated. The rest we left and told the server about it. I don't think anything will be done about it. But one can hope. I hope I can say something about the new spot opening up in Eureka. Always willing to try something new to support the local restauranteurs but also have to not go back when it's not worth my hard earned money. You all don't have to listen to me because I'm just some lady who eats a lot of food and I'm not a famous foodie.
