My wife wanted her Mexican dessert and I looked up a place close to us and saw this location. So I told her to give it a try since it's near us. We found parking easily tonight in the plaza this store is in. When we walked inside, they had people eating inside and 4 people ahead of us in line with only 2 girls working. My wife got the Strawberry and Creme dessert. It didn't take them long to make her dessert but the other customer in front of us took a while since they each got like 4 orders of stuff. My wife said her dessert was okay but the strawberry wasn't that good, maybe it's because it's not in season right now. She like the yogurt and granola though. The inside of this place is like a kids play area because of the colors and decorations.Parking: This plaza can get busy so be aware because find parking during the busy time can get difficult.Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely kid friendly once you get inside.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible
I feel cheated in this Michoacana outside there has a photo that says choco milk Mexico style and I mmm Rico I was craving it and I went in to buy one the price he gave me was $8 it was a little expensive but since I know what the prices are like chocos in Mexico I said it doesn't matter, I bought it and at the time he gave it to me, I was like what this is but I was sorry and I didn't complain to him about anything but it was unfair to me it was a lot of chocolate flavored ice nothing to do with it What are chocos, so I came back after paying and gave it back to the girl. I told her that it was a robbery and she told me that's how they taught her how to prepare them. I told her, tell the person in charge to teach you well because my mother sells in Mexico and so they don't have anything to do with the photo, I told him, tell him to watch a video so he can learn how to prepare them and not fool people. In the end, I change it for popsicles ?and besides, they charge a lot of tax. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I walk in order the first thing I see agua de limón, going down the line I order 2 paletas. Then I ordered a single scoop ice cream which is at the end of line.The girl serving me throws the paletas back in the freeze with an attitude.If you don't want us to order in the sequence you have the ice creams then place the paletas at the end of the line.

I came to this michoacana today to get some crapes. I ordered my crapes, and the lady told me it'd be a 15 min wait, and I was okay with the wait time; when the lady called me to pay after 20 min I was surprised because I thought they would ask me what toppings I would like and I noticed that my crape was already with toppings that I didn't ask for so I told her that I never ask for Nutella whipping cream or bananas then she ignored me then went to the back I guess to make another new one I decided to wait and then when she called me again 15 min later again she made the same mistake she put the toppings without asking me; first I notice the whipped cream, and I just told her to removed it since I didn't ask for it, but I didn't want to wait another 15 min. So if you're coming to this michoacana, make sure to order your toppings ahead; if not, they will put them wherever they assume you want (because there are no pictures of crapes in the store) and get mad at you if you say something about it. Also, we ordered a Churro sundae, and the sign said $6.90, which included two toppings and ice cream, and they charged me $8.84. I didn't ask for my money back because after I paid, the girl returned to help other customers and left me at the register. I'm not sure if they charge an inconvenience fee for messing up themselves. I had great experiences with other workers and the manager, but this girl definitely needs to learn more about customer service.
