I just got back home from getting subway, when I notice that I didn’t get all the things I ordered. The older lady did not understand anything and I had to keep repeating myself over and over again. She also has a bad attitude. Worst experience.

Just went to pick up an online order and the older lady was extremely rude. Didn’t even know what she was doing/saying. Did not have my order even though my order said ready. Very rude person don’t go here. Didn’t even get a refund for my order.

So i don't know what it is but every time I go to this subway I'm always being attended by a rude employee it's not just 1 employee there is multiple I been yelled at because the lady didn't hear what meat I wanted on my sub I also had another girl not put enough veggies she literally would put so little veggies just so she wouldn't have to cut some more up soon the same girl denied me a side of teriyaki sauce because she didn't want to go I'm the back and search for a little to go sauce cup and another girl had to re do my whole sandwich because she wasn't paying attention at the sauces I wanted on my sub she mistakenly put teriyaki on one og my siblings subs instead of mine so she had to re do that whole sub

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Nothing sounded better than subway today so a quick and convenient online order was placed and my children were able to walk and pick it up. Easy peasy, NOT! My kids sat there the over 50 minutes waiting for our online orders. After all of that time they were given one of our 2 orders, so 2/6 sandwiches just to say there was no second order. She refused to look at the order confirmation but somehow had the first order and the 2 AFTER our missing but not our MISSING one. This poor pathetic excuse of a human tormented my children and then decided she was going to move on to more orders instead of fixing the problem. We had to send an adult over who could speak her language in case there was some sort of misunderstanding with her not being fluent in English. Well, she chose to take the same tone and attitude then turned around to just ignore us all together. So we left, no sandwiches, no refund, nada. I will be disputing the charges, contacting corporate and make a formal complaint. This is supposed to be our neighborhood sub shop but with this character, Ruth around, I will make sure to take my business down the street to a different location and encourage my friends, family, and those who may be thinking of eating here to do the same. This lady has plagued this location for far too long, and needs to go.

I came in with my boyfriend and one of the employee was extremely rude and this is my local subway and I usaully come in with family but back to the story we were ordering and we spoke clear and loud and she's always asking to speak louder in a rude form, okay we let that slide we tried to use coupons but she was again extremely rude so that's when we went back and forth at each other not because the coupons but because of her attitude and I oftenly came to this place and always received this behavior which this particular day it was clear also keep in mind me and my boyfriend are minors and yet she still had the urge to be rude it's not the food but the employees and I will not be returning.

I went in to try one of the new sandwich offerings. So, I ordered "the Philly".The sandwich was meh. The usual steak bits covered in cheese, toasted. The problem was the bread became over-toasted, almost burnt, and nasty. The ends were inedible. There's no need for this.The competition at least uses a flat iron station to cook the meat, peppers and onions and then introducing them to the bread. Might wanna rethink, Subway.

Today visited the Store in woodman & van nuys, and the old lady there is always very rude, everytime she is there or at any other location I have bump into her she never nice , always disrespectful, never accepts coupons, and has the worse excuses , always makes the sandwiches messey and I've never seen her wash her hands before making my sandwich which is disgusting. I always ask another employee help me cause that old lady is the worse. I asked for the manager information, she said the owner is the one making the rules , so I asked for the owner number she then said she doesn't know anything she's just an employee. Please do something with her , her customer service sucks ,she doesn't know how to make sandwiches & never washer her hands disgusting never coming or going to ant subway were this lady's at I will definitely be telling my whole family & friends , the whole arleta & Pacoima community how unsanitary & disgusting this subway is when that lady is there. Worse customer service ever

Standing in line for 15 minutes. Waiting for a woman to finish her order, when the woman was done, the worker lady attends to me, ask me what I want, I ordered meatball sandwich, there are no more meatballs. She said, Getting ready to select another sandwich, she told me the store is closed and begin to clean up and told me that I had to leave. Now, I never had that experience before in my life. Never seen a customer service so horrible. She could have at least let me order my food and then close the store, or she could had lock the door before I come in 15 minutes before. But kicking out a customer mid-ordering is an abomination to customer service. This little old lady have no business working in customer service at all, and in fact I'm going to call Subway headquarters immediately tomorrow morning.

Honestly is subway don't expect much but i at least expect the minimum. do to the fact that they don't honor there promotions or coupons there is a lot of false advertising

No vayan a este lugar por que es un fraude no acepta cupones que llegan por correo, en estos cupones no dice que solo seran aceptados en unos restaurantes y otros no!
