I should have taken a pic but I was starving. We went for breakfast today. I got the red chilaquiles with over medium eggs and machaca. So good! Probably the best breakfast I've had locally. My husband had the menudo and also loved it. We will definitely go back again. The only thing that wasn't good was my coffee. It tasted like hot water with a dash of cinnamon. They definitely need to improve their coffee game but the food more than makes up for it!
I ordered a the shredded beef flautas/taquitos. They came with a broth, rice and beans. Very good, the taquitos and broth tasted pretty close to what my mom makes.My significant other got camarones a la diabla (devil shrimp) the shrimp tasted old or over cooked, but everything else was good.Good service, the place is a bit small, but it's a small town.
