Usually you guys are great. Tonight I ordered, selected pay with cash, it said delivered and I don't have any food. You guys are closed and now won't answer the phone to dispute this. If you only called and said f me or something it would have been better. Thank you so much.

They never get my order right

I don't often give reviews, particularly bad ones. Generally a single bad experience could be explained in a number of ways, and I prefer to try give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. However, I see a pattern with this branch that is very frustrating, and I am not the only person to notice. I am not sure if this is a deficiency of this branch, or the Dominos system in general. I had this situation twice and I wont be buying anything from Dominos again as long as I can help it. First, several weeks ago I placed an order for three Pizzas to be picked up at a specific time. This was somewhat important because we had quite a few hungry kids at our house for a birthday party. I arrived at the branch a few minutes early expecting to wait a bit, but wanting to get the order as soon as it was done and back to the house as quickly as possible. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order and the person behind the counter said they were working on it and it be several minutes. This was no problem and I fully expect and understand a variance of time plus or minus 10 minutes or so. After about 20 minutes they called my name, but only had two of the three pizzas. I was a little surprised that it took 20 minutes after the pizzas were specified to be picked up, but hey, like I said, sometimes stuff happens. I informed the person behind the counter that I was supposed to have three pizza's and not two, and after checking the order several times, they concluded I was correct. What happened next was was I considered not acceptable. They told me I would need to wait another 20-25 minutes because there were orders ahead of mine. I stated that, based on the situation, it seemed that they should make mine right away since it was clearly part of the original order and they had failed to complete the order as submitted. They told me there was nothing they could do, and they were working on it as fast as they could. I really didn't understand why I had to wait while the first two pizzas got cold for them to make the third, but what could I do? I waited. For another 30 minutes. The second similar issue I had last night. We called in an order of one small item to be ready at a specified time. I arrived at the specified time and walked up to inquire about the order. The first person I talked to wasn't able to find the order and then walked around aimlessly in the back area. I suspect she was looking for my order, but it wasn't clear. Then another employee came to the counter and asked for name again. I gave it to them and they looked through the computer for the order. This employee found it, but informed me that it would be 20-25 minutes before it was ready. Mind you, this was already now about 10 minutes after the time it was specified to be done.I don't know why there is a disconnect with the orders and specified time to pickup. I feel that they don't start making the orders until people arrive. This seems to negate the whole purpose of specifying a pickup time. It would be better if they just said to arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of time to babysit your order. I would caution anyone ordering from Dominos not to if its time sensitive in any way. It might be fine if you are ok with waiting, but in both my situations, I very much needed the order to be done at least near the specified pickup time.Caveat emptor.

I don’t typically leave reviews, especially for a chain place like this. However, the customer service of the manager Michael at this location was appalling. Zero conflict resolution for his delivery driver not delivering an order last night. Hopefully upper management can provide training for this manager because he needs it deeply

Placed an Order online went to shop to pick my order the Manager working at 10 Pm Saturday 4th November, First he asked us to wait 20 min after a 20 min wait while he had the cell number makes us wait and when we are in after 20 min he says he couldn't make our order as it was places for tomorrow and you need to wait another 30 min or cancel in the mean while another walk in person gets an order just coz he does not want to serve asian by racially profiling and laughing when we were about to leave. Shame! Worst service and worst place

Very nice staff. I never deliver, I pay $7.99 for 1 toping, large. Nice meal under $10. Also steps away is Little Caesars. These joints are great for families and friends hanging out on Grover and Pismo beaches. Easy to transport. You get hungry with the waves and walking all over the beach.

I ordered the "Brooklyn style" pizza crust and I have to say that it was not that great. It was really greasy to the point that the pizza turned orange, and it was rather salty as well. My wife straight up spat it out immediately upon taking a bite, and I was the only one in the family who ended up trying to eat this thing. I would recommend sticking to the regular crust, as Domino's has really not figured out how to do what they think is "New York" style crust. Nasty.
