So delish! All of it. I tried the lobster corn dogs, the waygu beef sandwich and Brussel sprouts. Yeah I had a lot of leftovers but there was so much great stuff to choose from.

Great food and drinks with friendly service. We came to town for a friend's mini-bachelorette trip with just 3 of us. We made a reservation for a Saturday evening, and we each enjoyed our meals and drinks thoroughly! The staff was friendly and prompt, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were accommodating to dietary needs as well. After our dinner, we bought a few shots at the bar while waiting for our ride. The bartender was friendly and mixed shots were great!

Food is great but on the pricey side. Nice place for a date, or special occasion.The server we had last night was great, very friendly, professional, attentive. The place was busy, but it doesn't feel like it's crowded or chaotic, it's still have this romantic, relaxing ambiance.

This a jewel in old AG. The establishment is a great gathering place for all who enter. Lively with a great bar and selection of spirits. The food here is outstanding love the sea bass cooked to perfection. Filets served as requested nice tender and tasty. Service is outstanding.

Another great evening at Mason. BUT!! What happened to the Brussel Sprout starter?? It was less than 1/2 it's normal size. 4 of us got 2 bites each.

Excellent food. My salad and app was huge and So delicious. My Sazerac was strong and perfectly balanced. Then the fried chicken salad with cross cut sweet potato fries finished the meal off for us. And perfect service to accompany the perfect food.
Great spot, especially if you can get a seat by the window. Large drink menu, food is good, I like the lunch menu better than the dinner. appetizers are great!

Went there a few weeks ago! There were probably 30 people waiting outside for the restaurant to open at lunch! My friend thought she heard them click open the unlocked door but no one opened it up? She tried the door & it was unlocked! How Rude, how about Open the Door and say We Are Open, Come in???!!! We walked in, No One at the front desk? Then this very Unhappy girl appeared! She asked how many we were then said sit anywhere? Do Owners know what kind of people they hire to be your first impression of their restaurant? Our server was so nice! Would I go back, I don't know? Delicious & generous size chicken salad, but $29.00!!!

Been coming here for several years and Mason Bar always had the best steaks in the SLO area. All their food is typically outstanding and it's a beautiful rustic restaurant. However, we were there last night for my son's birthday and the NY steaks were absolutely swimming in demi-glaze and it wasn't good. No searing either in any of the three NY steaks we ordered like we've seen in the last. They tasted and looked like they were cooked in a microwave. Everything else was great. Service was very good as usual. Bread pudding was outstanding. No idea what happened with the main courses but may visit again in case this was just an outlier.
