Got food poisoning instantly after eating the ramen. I was in and out of the restroom the whole time and only ate half a ramen and a couple pieces of salmon nigiri. I let the waitress know the situation and they said that I had to pay full price for the ayce despite throwing up for most of the allotted 2 hours. I ended up going to UC to get some IV's. I understand policy is policy but its just unfortunate I couldn't just pay for the salmon and ramen.

I think the food definitely needed improvement. It's kind of hard to take in the Premium label when the eel (or teriyaki??? I can't tell) sauce is watered down, and the rice was very soggy and way overcooked. Rice texture was very pasty. You can tell they added way too much water to cook the rice, no rice vinegar to stop the moisture absorption, and the powder coating the deep fry (gold rush, and crispy phili), was very undercooked. I wondered if they ran out of rice vinegar or forgot to put in the rice vinegar after the sushi rice was cooked.My green tea just tasted like luke warm water with a bag probably reused 6 times. ?I'm under the impression that safe food handling isn't practiced here. I have a shellfish allergy and all the items I ordered doesn't have shellfish (crispy phili roll, eel roll and green tea) . I developed an allergic reaction. I had mentioned this to our hostess I have a shellfish allergy.All in all, service here were addressed appropriately. We just landed from another country. Unfortunately, the quality of food doesn't compliment their services.We ended up driving to another Japanese/sushi restaurant.Do not recommend.

Premium sushi?? What's the point??The quality of sushi is not good compared to the price.I wonder if they care about the fish.. The sushi is so small that it doesn’t feel like I ate it.The staff service was friendly and very fast...but I can't recommend it.I went to watch a YouTuber broadcast... but I don't know.There are definitely differences in how people view food and their taste buds. Sushi is my favorite food and I've been to numerous sushi/roll restaurants..... It's right that buffet doesn't judge rolls.

Its good food is what you expect from a sushi restaurant ,rolls and such they are good but other places offer the same thing. They like to slow you down so you dont order more, lots of waiting instead of serving. Pretty good whole in the wall sushi place though.

Food temperatures were a bit off. It was around room temperature. Figure it may have been sitting for a bit prior to serving us. They had the premium sushi over rice. But the warm rice warmed up the sushi. Overall it tasted ok but the temperature threw me off of what I was used to.

Soooo good! Lots of choices. Fast service in bringing out the food. I was sooo hungry when we finally got in. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Our server was also very good Aaron. He always came back to check if we were doing ok. Definitely something I would recommend. I'll be back soon.
