Food line very inefficient. Prices are a bit expensive but was expected. Otherwise food is good and staff is friendly.

Tried a few dishes here and all were good. Large portions at fair prices. I really liked the pork sisig, but the last 10 times I have been there they dont have it.I hope they still make it because i plan on going back soon....
The best Kare kare. and adobi. You have to be ready to wait. Always with a long line

About two months ago I went to American Ranch to get some combo fast food, when I get there at the end of the line it was 11:55 and when I finally reach the counter to order the food I want it was already 12:45, after ordering the food I want I went to the cashier to pay for my food and complained to the cashier that it shouldn't take that long for customers to wait that long period of time to get and purchase their food and that they should do something about it to reduce the waiting time. The man at the cashier, I'm not sure if he was the manager or just another employee instead of apologizing for the inconvenience gave me all kind of excuses and sarcastically told me that there are many stores in the area as if he wanted to tell me that I should go there in other stores if I can't wait. I was so shock that a store employee will take a jab like that to customers. So , instead of creating a ruckus and giving him a counter punch and attracting attention for the way this guy treated me at the store, I just hurriedly completed my transaction and left even though I wanted so bad to remind this guy his place. They already lost one customer because of that because decided I won't be going back there ever again.

Food Court. I love coming here to buy cooked food. Their food court is pretty much as big as the market and the selection is extensive. I was planning to get my usual 1 item combo, rice with pork adobo but they have lengua (beef tongue) in mushroom sauce so I ended up splurging for 2 items. This is a special dish, hard and wasteful to prepare, expensive and very rarely on the menu so if you see it, you buy it until you puke! The adobo was done right today, not too sour and not too salty. It's done in the "Tagalog" way. The lengua was perfect, tender and the sauce was just the right creaminess. One thing I noticed on this visit, the prices have gone up and the servings have gone down. The line was still long but it does move fast. The large outside COVID era parking lot tent seating is gone. Drinking water is still free from the filtered dispenser. Here's a note, food items are not labeled. You can ask the people behind the counter or you can bring a Filipino friend with you, yes that's the one who answers their cultural background in fractions and starts with certain per cent Spanish.

Slowest fast food ever. Be ready to wait a long time to order a "cook food"
