Horrible experience at this location. The customer service was beyond unbelievable… they took about 5 mins of me standing next to the register to take my order and there were no cars or other clients. One of the employees had just mopped as we were entering and the floor was very slippery. Why would you be mopping during dinner rush hour when people are out for food?We specifically came to this location because my daughter likes to play on the little playground and just for our luck their kids play area is “closed for maintenance.”The food was decent nothing special.Avoid this Burger King at all costs.

My experience was all the way around horrible. Waited in line for 40 minutes to get my food. The soda tasted like carbination. Horrible customer service. Food was cold. The person doing the fries wasn't wearing any gloves. I am contacting corporate. It was a complete clown

They couldn't take orders at 830pm on a Friday night because they "didn't have a cook". How can you not have more than one person trained to make food on a weekend? Where is management? Completely unacceptable. The kid at the drive thru didn't even apologize. Won't be wasting my 30 minute lunch here ever again.

Food came in piping fresh, ready to serve.I ordered a cheeseburger and told them to add bacon, and there was no bacon, so they may have messed up my order.I apologize for the 3 stars as I wanted to give a better review, but missing a part of my order and I'm not really mad about it honestly, I'm okay with my order. Just a reminder that orders can be messed up.
The service was inadequate, and the food arrived cold. When I requested a remake, they simply reheated it in the microwave and served me fries that seemed stale. When I requested a redo, the staff member's attitude was really off-putting. I asked for a refund due to these issues, but they declined and questioned why I wanted one.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches but was only given 3 so I went back for my missing items and the manager on duty refused to help. Then started arguing that I must be at the wrong store when I was just here minutes ago. I tried showing her my receipt and she said she couldn't help me because she doesn't know the internet, unacceptable behavior from someone in charge. This BK is two minutes from my house but I won't be back thanks to horrible customer service.

ABSOLUTELY NOT this place was terrible!I came here with my husband and i ordered a whopper but when i tried it it tasted so horrible.So i opened the burger and the patty looked rotten i couldn't believe it.I then took the whopper back so i can get a refund but they told me since i took a bite they wouldn't give me a refund .I got rlly mad and will never be spendimg money there !

This place is 1 of thee worst burger Kings. I asked for made to order chicken fries and they gave me a couple of fresh mixed with hard. Why is hard to make them fresh.
