Great restaurant idea however food flavor was just a bit off taste. Every item was a bit too sweet (corn soup, steak sauce, etc...)As a Taiwanese would love to see more of such restaurants in the area however this one's taste is just a bit too far off especially for their signature dish (aka Taiwanese style sizzling steak).?If u see this review as a restaurant and fix it I would be more than happy to try it againPros Waiters are very nice and attentive

Legit Taiwanese food! Had the Chinese sausage appetizer (served with slices of raw garlic - YUM), shrimp omelette (with the perfect gooey consistency), braised pork belly rice, and Taiwanese sausage fried rice “ketchup style”. 2 of our dishes also came with soup, and those were yummy as well. I haven’t had a lot of these foods since being in Taiwan years ago, and these definitely satisfied the craving. Will be back to try the Teppan sizzling steak!

First time here and the experience was great. Foods fire and the service was on point. Kiana and Amy were super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly.
I had fried chicken leg meal, which was a bit dry. But other dishes were decent. Should have ordered the sizzling dishes, those are very authentic Taiwanese.

Hole in the wall Taiwanese style sizzling steakhouse located in the back of the Red Palace Asian plaza! They do steaks served on a sizzling skillet. I always get the mixed sauce with spaghetti. You can also choose rice instead of the noodles and it is served with a small house salad, corn soup, and garlic bread. The food is pretty good but not the best. The signature tenderloin steak was on the chewy tough side and the sides are whatever. The fried egg that comes included burned on the bottom side due to being directly on the skillet. The spaghetti with the mixed sauce is my favorite part. I also always get the fried tofu appetizer to start, they are amazing. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The steak dinner set is $18 and the fried tofu is $10. When I went yesterday, the tofu and steak came out at around the same time. Could've used some spacing between the apps and entrees. They have full waiter service but it's not really a nice place to eat even though they have 20$+ steak dishes. TLDR; Chill quiet place to eat if you're looking to try something new but not too adventurous. Get the tenderloin steak with mixed sauce and spaghetti. Start with the fried tofu. Fair portion sizes and prices but nothing extraordinary.
