I specifically asked for the side of ranch and extra sweet and sour sauce and hot sauces twice and asked again when I got the bags, I asked is the sauce in here and the lady said yes. I can’t even understand why she would put other sauces besides the one I asked for? It’s something so simple and sounds shallow but it upsets me. It’s just a sauce, but please get it right.

My fries were cold/old but the customer service and everything else was great,Update from response: WOW!!!! I don't like the response I received as well, completely oblivious to the fact that u served cold/old fries, not even apologetic for it, JUST SAD!!!! Shows me wht kind of manager runs this place!!! YOUUUUUU can do BETTER for ur customers!!!!!

Did I come in when an employee was having an off day? Or, perhaps I may had been dealing with a new employee?I went to the drive-thru to order an ultimate cheeseburger combo with a Coke. The cashier almost forgot to give me my credit card back as I was about to drive away. A few minutes later when I arrived home, I discovered the French fries were missing from the bag. So, I drove back and explained to the cashier that the fries were not included. She looked inside the bag and when she saw they weren’t there, she gave me fries. I asked if I could receive a discount due to this happening. To my surprise, the response I got from the employee was ‘you got your fries.’ The manager was nearby and also confirmed that no discount could be given.I’m home now after driving to Jack in the Box twice and am no longer feeling hungry. I just looked in the bag for the receipt and thought it might be possible they initially thought I only wanted an ultimate cheeseburger and a Coke, but there was no receipt (and also was never handed one). On a side note, when the ultimate cheeseburger was newly created during the 1980s this was the location I first tried it at. I’ve continued to order the ultimate cheeseburger, however, there are so many other eateries I can go to which don’t have these frustrations and appreciate customers putting money into their business.*****Per the response below, I contacted Jack in the Box but haven’t heard back as of 11-12-23. Have also regularly checked my junk mail folder but didn’t see an email from them.*****

Overall, the service was and still is horrible. Rushed to order, my order was wrong asfk, and you can’t even contact the store! Trust and believe i shall be calling corporate about this location. Management needs to be replaced along with the rest of their staff. TRUST ME when i say, just go to another JITB!!! Never again shall i spend another penny at this establishment! Warning! Check your drinks from this Jack in the Box!I sent an email to corporate for this issue but have not received a response in over 9 days so I'll post it here for everyone else.On November 22, 2023, I ordered some food and drinks from this location via mobile order which was picked up via drive thru. I will say the food tasted fine but when we saw what was inside our drinks is when we questioned the cleanliness and sanitary conditions at this Jack in the Box. We had a Coke and Sprite with our meal. We had already drank half of the coke when we opened the lid of our Sprite, which we only drank about 10%. Attached is what we saw... absolutely disgusting. It was black and grainy. Very similar to mold from the drink machines from not being cleaned. I have been going to this location for years but will not be back if ever. Jack in the Box corporate office, if you see this, you need to reach out to management at this location ASAP and get this issue addressed. I cannot imagine how many people received drinks from here with that nasty stuff in there and possibly even gotten sick.

Quick drive thru and the best fake taco's The cheese was melted and the shell was crunchy and perfect. Who could not love these tacos. They have been serving them since the 60's !The staff was nice and I don't know why the low ratings.
I mean... it's a Jack in the Box! You know what to expect of the food. It's a nice Jack in the Box as Jack in the Boxes go, though!
