Well place was empty and cashier was only interested on his phone... I ask for everything napkins, lemons, etc. food was mild nothing special. Employee never offered us any kind of attention, besides charging us. And no water also.

Came here all the way from West Hollywood on a Wednesday at 9pm and they were closed. States on the door and online that they close at 10 pm. Very disappointing - no note or anything explaining why it was closed early.

Poor experience at the Artesia location. Ordered main lobster roll and fries for $31.70. Lobster dry and hard. May of been microwave? Only customer at the time so they were not busy. Fries were good. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Walked in one day and place was empty haha. Looked like it used to be a really popular place to eat but maybe not anymore? Lobster rolls and fries were fire but absolutely shocked that I paid $65 for 2 rolls and fries. Girl at the register was cool and the food came out pretty quickly after ordering.

Safe to say I like the place considering I've ordered here maybe 5x already I've tried several Cajun places but this one seems to stick. And then a few steps away I get my boba. I do order for delivery when I can't make it but parking wise there's plenty.

i used to come here alot, and this used to be my favorite place, but the quality has drastically dropped. the service was horrible, the shrimp were tiny, overcooked and hard to peel, if im paying over $18 for a pound a shrimp, it atleast has to be worth it, the fries were soggy. overall just a really bad experience , dont think im coming back. i wanted to give a zero star but thats not possible, just under $30 for one pound of shrimp and one order of fries.

Worst service ever. It took over 45 minutes to receive or food even when they said it would take 10! We came for a quick lunch pick up but it took much longer. Also it cost over 125 dollars for THREE rolls ? Not only that but they got our order wrong too. ZERO STARS, DO NOT COME HERE, Unless u want extremely expensive food and bad service.
This place has been going down hill since the pandemic, not sure what it is they never have crab legs. The shrimp rolls are full of oil. I order a pound of crawfish and they had freaking eggs in them when I bit the tailOff I almost passed out !!! Since then I have never ordered crawfish from anywhere worst experience ever and they never have Thai tea

I am writing to express my disappointment with the food quality and overall experience I had at Let's Sea Bag 'n Roll on June 29, 2023.On that particular day, my order consisted of three lobster rolls, a French fries and a salad. However, I was truly taken aback by the poor quality of the sandwiches. Firstly, the sandwiches were poorly made, with the lobster meat appearing to be hastily thrown together. The presentation was quite unappealing, which was surprising considering our previous positive experiences with your restaurant.Furthermore, upon opening the sandwich, a strong fishy smell overwhelmed us, indicating that the ingredients were not fresh. The bread on all three sandwiches was also disappointingly burnt, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The combination of these issues significantly impacted our overall dining experience.What was even more disheartening was the fact that the lobster meat itself was tough and chewy. This was unexpected, as we have had enjoyable lobster rolls from your establishment in the past. Regrettably, due to the poor taste and quality of the sandwiches, we were left with no choice but to discard them, despite the considerable price we paid, which exceeded $100.00 for the three sandwiches.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention because I believe in the potential of Let's Sea Bag 'n Roll to deliver exceptional food experiences. However, on this occasion, the quality fell far below our expectations.Thank you for your attention to this matter. This place has changed. Maybe new owners? Didn't serve beer anymore. Ordered 2 lobster rolls. Lobster was over cooked and the roll was dry. The saving grace was the sweet potato fries. Those added 1 more star. Place seemed run down too but had my hopes up from previous experiences. Don't waste $70 here.

We ordered for delivery on postmates and at first it all seemed fine. Most of us save the crab till after we've peeled it all. We'll after a few minutes of peeling, we notice a strong chemical smell, like bleach or ammonia. The longer we took analyzing if it was indeed bad, the stringer it got. Withing 15 min of getting out food the smell finally over powered the room. 30 min later 2 out of 4 of us were vomiting and the other 2 were sick all night. By the time we went back into the dinning room to discard the food it was even strilonger then before. It was obvious that they sent is bad crab or previously dead crab. We called them before they closed to explain what happened and they said they would call us the next day. It's now the end of the day and no call so they clearly don't take serving bad food seriously. Our order was $238 and it all had to be tossed into the garbage.
