Used to come here during pandemic was good place to eat . I just left 5 mins ago told them I'll never come back how is it that every single dish out is nasty . Fried rice tasted like rag water everything had an off taste and fried shrimp was not fully cooked my server seen I got 2 different plates took a bite of the different items and both couldn't eat it . I got up paid my bill didn't ask for free meal or discount pointed out to server that's 2 plates of terrible food the cook should be fired and replaced . Let them know I will be leaving this review and never coming back I'm still salty nutts right now and I'm half way threw my blunt

They're very stringy with beef, they'll wait til last minute to bring u more 4 orders is the limit but they tried to sneakout with only 3 and still charge me for 4. Asked for more hot tea and only brought more hot water.

A great kbbq place! Came yesterday with my friends for a bday dinner, and we had a great time! The staff was super attentive always changing our grills and bringing more water and asking us how we were doing. People complain about the gratuity fee but with how much they checked in on us and the speed at which they brought our food, I would say it is understandable especially with large parties. Looking forward to coming back!

Had a waitress hassle us for tips. We gave her almost $15 dollars, she said "not enough" so I gave her another $10 and left. We were a party of THREE. They've done this to me even when its just me and a friend (two people) Food quality has also started to slide. This place is a good "one time" but that is about as far as I would go. These waitresses make you feel like your walking through skidrow with the way they demand tips.Three stars because the food is okay but not like how it was during COVID.

This place use to be THE spot, I would go at least one a month during my community college days. Over the last 4-5 yrs, the quality in servers, atmosphere, and cleanliness has gone way down; the only thing that has gone up is the price through the gratuity fee, which I wouldn't have minded before when the servers were meticulous and amazing but the current servers/service is no good. Would I recommend? Meh. Is the food good? Yeah, nothing you can't get at another kbbq place tho.

They force you to tip 18%. That's absolutely crazy. I don't even know who the tip goes to? I got my own food from the buffet and cooked my own meats. Who am I tipping ? Paying your servers should be a resterunts responsibility, not the customers.

They charged 20% tip on the receipt, I realized at home. They charged $42.58 tip. The tip should be paid by the customers' appreciation. If they want us to come again next time, they should not do like this behavior.

Wow, this place used to be good, but I can't believe they force an 18% gratuity surprise fee if you have 4 people. At $30 dollars per person , that's crazy for a place where you have to get up to get your own sides and also cook your own food. I took my 3 kids out here, expecting to pay $120 plus $3 for each drink. I was caught completely off guard when my total was $170. I always leave a tip of about 10%-15% but being forced to pay nearly 20%? Thats ridiculous.
