I have been going to paradise since 2 years and I really like their dum biryani and I have recently ordered chicken dum biryani and I have received chicken dum pieces with spicy rice not dum one and ordered it again thinking previous one was just a bad day but received the same, this sucks and biryani was utter disappointment.If you are taking my money for a dum biryani, you better give that.

Worst experience ever I had with any Indian restaurant in US.We waited 20 mins to be seated , 30 mins to place our order.All food was under cooked and stale. Green chutney for tandoori chicken was served with fermented bubbles on it. Even a kid can figure out from the smell it is spoiled but staff did not get it.Biryani was like left over burnt rice served with spoiled chicken.We spend $100 to get this worst experience with food and staff.Never go to this place.

We went there with 3 family of 12 people.Food was so awful, and restaurant was so dirty . Mostly table was full of dirty plates. Also we waited 40 minutes for first order to be served next to all dirty tables with only one waitress to serve whole restaurant. I felt so sorry for waitress/ waiter because she/he was multi tasking with kind of panicking. I'll not recommend to anyone .it was a very very bad experience.
I will rate 0 if possible.Only 2 waiters among the restaurant, never got drinking water service, no napkins , food was served in very small quantities .6-7 table was full with dirty plates, bowls and spoons after customers left until we left @ 10:00 pm.Don’t visit this place.

Disappointed with our recent experience. We ordered Chicken dum biriyani, there was hardly any flavor and the spice overpowered everything.

Don't ever ever go to this place. Bad taste is one thing but serving stale food is totally not acceptable. We ordered chicken 65 and chicken drumsticks in heaven both the items are horrible and stale. The chicken drumsticks so dry over fried and without the taste of masala and salt. Chicken 65 has a horrible smell, it tastes like stale chicken warmed up and served. Don’t waste a money in the stale and tasteless food. I am very disappointed from this experience. The portion is also so less compared to the price of food.
