Absolutely awful, I mean unbelievably awful customer service. It seems that its a requirement to be bad at customer service to work at Popeyes. The employees are so damn rude that its almost comical. I would like to eat at Popeyes because the food is actually pretty good, but I just can't get over the bad customer service. They need the same training as Chick-fil-a.

Ordered online 25 minutes before picking up food. Was told to wait as the "wings" just went into the oven. Isn't the point of ordering ahead so you don't have to wait? The employees here don't seem to understand this concept.

The spot during the day maybe ok, but after 8pm it's horrible. One bite of my wings I was done. Uncooked meat watered down beans &rice . Although the young employees were Pleasent the food was whack.

As Popeye's go, this is one of the better ones I've been too. Service was good, the food was good, the premise was clean. I wish i lived closer to this one as I'd eat Popeye's more often.

I ordered 12 strips half mild and half spicy in drive through. But team gave all mild saying spicy will take 6 mins. They did not even ask me if I would like wait force me to take mild. They did not have wings which I wanted to order in 1st place and top that gave me something which I did not order. Very bad experience.
