I suspect it may make it more structurally sound especially for tall or multi-tier cakes, but I have a biased love for soft, moist, airy cakes.I also know the team is masterful with fondant, but if you wanted something to be specifically buttercream instead, make sure to specify and to see if it's possible.

Dien’s Ube cupcakes are just astounding! If you haven’t had them, you MUST! They are absolutely delicious and my Hawaiian family and I LOVED them! It’s not overly sweet and the amount of detail and attention paid to them really showed. We will definitely be ordering more in the very near future :)

Dien did an amazing job for my twin girls birthday cakes. It was as beautiful as it was equally good. Not going to lie...cost a pretty penny but considering the quality of design and taste and the awe on my girls faces - was worth it.

I walked in this cute shop three times and every time the service was amazing. Everyone was always so friendly and welcoming. The presentation for the desserts were very eye appealing. My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie and the coconut ube cupcake. So freaking delicious. I love the little details on each cupcake it makes every single cupcake stand out. For a small business shop the price is very affordable. Can't complain. I will definitely become a regular.

Was driving down South Street and by chance this place caught the corner of my eye so we decided to come in. DEAR GOD I am so happy that we did. This place has to have the most HANDS DOWN best cupcakes I have ever had. We got the red velvet and the cookies n cream. The cupcakes were MOIST AS FFUUUUUUUGGGGGG and the frosting on top was soft and not overbearingly sweet. Stop reading this and go in! You will not be disappointed. A FRICKIN PLUS!! If only I could give more stars

Beating myself up for not reviewing this place sooner. Hands down, favorite local bakery. Haven't had a chance to buy cakes here yet, but all the treats I've had here have been So far have tried multiple cupcakes, cookies, and rice crispies. Service has been spectacular (she remembered me after my first visit!), and if I HAD to complain about one thing, it would be their hours. Wish they were open later so I could grab a box of treats when meeting some friends in the evenings. C'est la vie. Oh, and portions are a bit small... but gives you room in your stomach to try multiple treats. Win, I guess?

Hands down the most amazing exquisitely handcrafted cupcakes EVER!!!! They look amazing, they smell amazing, they taste amazing, even my 10 year old son who isn't a big fan of cupcakes loves these, even more so my husband who isn't a big fan of sweets at all will only have cupcakes from here, he will throw a fit if anyone touches his cupcakes which he hides in refrigerator. Love the whole modern boutique feel, the colors the design, friendliest staff, they are as sweet as their cupcakes (sorry just had to throw that pun in there) Highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Bravo! We were so happy with our soon to be son's baby shower cake! Unfortunately we needed to cancel the baby shower but we took a lot of pictures and made the best of our situation that day. Seriously impressed with her work. Lady has mad skills and talent. You can't go wrong with her. She exceeded our expectations, the cake was beautiful and tasted great too! Thank you so much for your hard work and we'll definitely be back again. She books up fast so get in touch with her at least a month prior to your event so you can have her cakes displayed for your special occasion!
We had dinner in the area and came across this shop! I'm glad we decided to try it! The cupcakes are not overly sweet and the frosting has a good buttery taste. We REALLY enjoyed it! We got Neapolitan, oreo, funfetti and salted caramel. My daughter already asked if we could go back to try the other flavors. I will happily oblige..lol!
